Dr. Potter is an amazing doctor! I have had a wide variety of experiences with Dr Potter and his team. My first interaction with Dr Potter was through a friend who had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and was told that she had a limited time to undergo a fertility preservation egg retrieval before starting chemotherapy. Her oncologist recommended Dr Potter and she reached out to Dr Potter that day. Knowing my friend had to go through a few weeks of stimulation meds before having her egg retrieval and time was of the essence before her first chemo appointment, Dr Potter dropped everything and met with her that very day to get her started. She had a great experience with him and was very successful. After hearing about her journey, I knew he was the doctor I needed to see what it came time to undergo my own egg freezing process. When I met with Dr Potter at my initial consultation, he was very knowledgeable and went into extensive detail on my probable outcome after taking into account my age, my ovarian reserve, and my medical conditions. I left knowing I was in the best hands possible. I loved my coordinator Stephanie and she was always available with any questions I had and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about the entire process. She is so caring and I always felt her kindness and compassion. The day of my egg retrieval went so smoothly and the nurses that took care of me in the surgery center were simply amazing and I cannot say enough good things about them. The entire HRC team, and especially Dr Potter are second to none and I have complete confidence in recommending them to anyone looking to freeze their eggs or create embryos and add to their family.

My first visit with Dr. Potter was in September of 2019. After having a miscarriage, my husband and I were very hopeless. Dr. Potter sat with us thoroughly explaining my diagnosis and his plan for correction, with the goal of being able to have a baby in our future. We are so thankful that Dr. Potter took the necessary time to make sure we were educated and on board. Dr. Potter is very skilled, patient, stays up to date on current research and practices, caring, and determined. After our initial appointment, my husband completed tests to rule out any issues on his end and I completed further testing. Stephanie was our coordinator and I can’t say enough good words about her. She was patient, kind, listened, cared, and helped us along every step of our journey! I ended up having four procedures at RSA, New Port Beach. The staff, nurses, and scrub tech were amazing. They always greeted me with kindness and took very good care of me. After the procedures, we did 2 medicated timed intercourse cycles and 1 IUI. Our first IUI (August 2020) resulted in pregnancy with TWIN boys. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Potter, Stephanie, and the HRC Fullerton and New Port offices. They gave me my miracles and they are just that. I look at them daily and reflect on our journey and just how blessed I am to be their mama.

Worst Doctor Ever. He's a crook, looking to prolong things and make as much money as he possibly can. He would not change anything during 7 months of seeing him and never tried a single transfer. Never even close to it. I flew to Newport beach to see him and he did not even evaluate me or introduce himself but claimed I was not a worthy candidate. I have been a diagnosed as a perfect candidate for surrogacy and have had success doing so for other families and clinics. I will definitely never do business with this facility. Please stay away. Ability to give 0 stars was not an option.

The timing was a big issue if you want to see him. He is usually at least 2 hours late without any explanation.
