A very special organisation this is, we are so grateful. All the staff are great, we found them there for us througout including the good and not so good times in our journey. The staff do their absolute best and it must be very hard for them as there is going to be highs and lows in that work. The location is very convenient with parking, the facility is clean, everything is modern and adequate. I feel our rounds of IVF have been excellent value for money, I dont have much money myself but found it affordable. There is no pressure and things are well explained. Very professional service. Thank you for helping us with our special family

The clinic provided scans and bloods for 12 months. The surrogate had a heavy journey with losses. The intended parents were located in Scotland.

We used this clinic over a period of 12 months. (2024) I'm a surrogate and the intended parents were in Scotland, along with the embryos. I used the clinic for scans and bloods. It was a very heavy journey with losses on the way but I must …

Patient spent 18 months trying to conceive, received inconclusive results from 'Care/CRGW', and delayed diagnosed at Spire after switching clinics. Clinic failed to diagnose severe endometriosis, leading to wasted time and emotional distress.

Shocked and disappointed My wife and I spent 18months trying to conceive and after no joy decided to book tests with ‘Care/CRGW’ that included pelvic ultrasound, AMH, sample analysis etc. Despite strong pain and discomfort during my wife’s scan, to the point of her saying she wasn’t sure if she could handle more, we were told everything was normal, the overall result for us both was that we were in good health and that we should keep trying for a baby. It’s worth noting that we had to chase for the test results after not receiving them WELL after the given time frame. Fast forward a year and after still not becoming pregnant and hearing from others that they had been given incorrect results from their scans here we decided to try Spire for tests instead. During my wife’s scan here it was immediately discovered that she had Severe/Stage 4 Endometriosis and required surgery to remove, which has now been done by Spire. After the laparoscopy surgery the gynocologist stated that the endometriosis has very likely been present since my wife’s teenage years. So there is no excuse for ‘Care/CRGW’ not to have discovered it during the pelvic scan, especially considering the pain. We are very disappointed that severe endometriosis was not picked up by ‘Care/CRGW’. Over a year wasted as a result of incompetence. The wasted money we could care less about but having wasted so much time wondering why my wife wasn’t getting pregnant is immeasurable. We do not recommend this clinic.

Appalling service, deceitful management, and misleading information. Paid £15,000 for IVF. Nurses and embryologists are exceptions, but administrative team is worst in history.

Absolutely appalling service we have received from this company! We have paid £15,000 for this, they have had the worst admin team in history. They have your life in their hands, they don't care! They mess up time and time again, and all they can say is "sorry"! Well it's not good enough when we all are desperate to be parents. Amanda lied to me over the phone and I caught her in her lie, she doesn't have nothing else to say! The nurses who have been there in transfer are wonderful, and the embroyolist have been nothing but kind and honest. I just wish the management didn't deceive the poor couples going through their care. They are all about profit! They have ZERO aftercare for any women going through a failed transfer/miscarriage, then say you can have 1 "counselling" session.. but have to wait 5 month for it. We are heartbroken and very angry! Finding out the DAY BEFORE transfer that we are only having 1 embryo rather than 2! Unfortunately the amount of money we have invested we have no choice but to continue! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, save yourself heartache and go to a decent clinic who haven't been so poorly run! Some people need to be fired in my opinion!

What are the IVF success rates at Care Fertility? expand_more
Care Fertility reports age‑stratified IVF success rates that reflect live‑birth outcomes for in vitro fertilisation cycles. Women under 35 achieve approximately a 40% success rate per embryo transfer, while those aged 35‑37 see around 30%, 38‑40 about 20%, and patients 41 and older experience roughly a 10% pregnancy rate. These figures are derived from the clinic’s internal audit of recent cycles and are highlighted as among the highest in the UK. Success is further supported by the use of blastocyst‑stage embryo transfer and personalized treatment plans designed by experienced fertility specialists. The clinic emphasizes that individual outcomes can vary based on factors such as cause of infertility, embryo quality, and overall health, but the reported rates provide a realistic benchmark for prospective patients.
