⭐ ZERO STARS – Completely Unacceptable and Disrespectful

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a medical clinic.

My appointment was originally booked for Thursday at 10:30 AM. I clearly emailed that I was NOT available Thursday and requested Friday instead because I needed to take the day off work. The clinic replied in writing: “Sure, no problem.” I then confirmed: “See you Friday at 10:30 AM.”

Everything was clearly confirmed over email.

Based on that confirmation, I took a full day off work (losing income), drove from Mississauga to downtown (over one hour of driving), and paid for parking as well.

I arrived at 10:30 AM as confirmed. I waited. And waited.

From 10:30 AM until around 1:00 PM, I was left sitting there with no proper update. After almost 2.5 hours of waiting, I was then told that the doctor had stepped out for a meeting and was not even there.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

Patients are not sitting at home doing nothing — we take unpaid leave, drive long distances, pay for gas and parking, and organize our entire day around confirmed medical appointments. To confirm something in writing and then have the doctor leave for a meeting without informing the patient shows a complete lack of respect and organization.

This caused me:
• Loss of income from taking the day off
• Over an hour of driving each way
• Parking expenses
• Wasted time sitting for 2.5 hours
• Unnecessary stress and frustration

There was no proactive communication and no accountability for the inconvenience caused.

This is not just poor scheduling — this is a serious disregard for patients’ time and money.

I strongly suggest this clinic reviews how they manage appointments and trains their staff properly. Written confirmations should mean something.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Baratz was amazing. This was our second time with him. He showed utmost care during our first baby and now with the second pregnancy too.

After three unsuccessful embryo transfers with other doctors, we came to Dr. Glass, and that decision changed everything. Thanks to her expertise and thoughtful approach, we were fortunate to welcome our baby boy in December.

Dr. Glass is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to review my history carefully and explain each step clearly, which gave us renewed confidence after a very difficult journey. I would also like to sincerely thank Michelle for her kindness, responsiveness, and constant support throughout the process—she truly made a stressful experience much easier.

-1 for the long waiting time but i sort of getting that and there are equipments supporting me working there during waiting time. Coming from OFC with two completely failed ivf cycles, the only thing I was hoping for is better retrieval results. And I have them now with 15 embryo sending for pgt-a test. This is a great number compared to 0 day 6-7 embryo from OFC. The dramatic differences tell everything. I am with Dr. Librach, again I understand that he is super busy so that he may not able to remember me too well sometimes but he talked to me for each visit and adjust my plan to ensure better results can be achieved. That is the most important thing in my mind, we came with a dream to have our own baby soon. Besides I find the staffs generally friendly and helpful. I guess many negative comments about organization and operation indeed are probs but someone is aiming for a good result, especially after continuous failures from other clinics, give CREATE a try!
