Strongly recommend! If I could, I would give them all the stars in the world. Me and my husband started our journey with Create last year in May after our initial consultation in February. I am pleased to say that all our questions were answered there and then without hesitation. Poly was as straightforward as possible, telling us the whole process. She was amazing to us from the start to the end and I am truly grateful for this! Angela did her part in our journey too, so we thank her for helping us out! We also want to thank all the team involved in the process of creating our little miracle at St Paul’s in London. They were all amazing from beginning to the end! After our first round of IVF + ICSI we are looking forward to meeting our son in March. 💙

Unfortunately my experience of treatment with Create was a terrible experience. Bridget seemed a very kind and well-meaning person, but there was so much disorganisation during my treatment and I also met with two other nurses, there was no consistent or personalised care. I should have known what to expect from my first call with my doctor. I sent in my previous treatment notes and he didn’t have them to hand, never mind look at them before our call. At the first appointment of my treatment on day 5, the medicine Bridget thought I was on was different to what the previous nurse had organised for me, and I discovered what I’d been injecting did not contain the hormone LH, which I’d agreed to try with the doctor. In fact I’d been given the same medicine by a different name as I’d taken at my last clinic with disappointing results. I was heartbroken after my months of preparation for this precious cycle, and then had to wait two working days for the doctor to call me back to discuss this. I decided to continue this cycle as I had some response, but I wasn’t given enough medicine so I had to drive myself in a panic on the last day to Birmingham to pick up extra medicine as the Woodstock clinic was closed. I was doing treatment solo as a cancer widow and I felt so let down and re-traumatised by the whole experience. Because I didn’t have a partner it wasn’t suggested I bring someone in to challenging appointments even though they were in the waiting room with me, I was on my own crying, listening to other people with their partners. The doctor and the therapist associated with the clinic both said negative and even factually incorrect things to me about adoption as an alternative path to motherhood, but I’m now a few months down that route and the organisation and compassion are a far better experience for me. I made a complaint and even that process was awful, they repeatedly missed their own deadlines to get back to me, got my name wrong and told me I’d had great service, even whilst acknowledging what I’d experienced. I think if you’re on a standard protocol and just dealing with Bridget they are probably fine, but I was looking for individual expert care for the many thousands I spent and was left feeling all Create as a company cared about was my money.
