CREATE Fertility

We went with CREATE as the location was ideal for us. We also went with CREATE as the reviews on their webpage sounded amazing - we did not think to check Google or Trust pilot, if we did. We would have considered going elsewhere. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Initially (before they got hold of our hard earned cash) they were adequate, they were good at communicating with us and explaining the process. Soon as we paid for treatments, the communication was gone. We then had to deal with the call centre who just logs the calls and passes it onto whoever they felt needed the information and we'd rarely receive a call back. Our patient coordinator was off sick for the duration after we paid and returned after we had a positive test. We had no help at all during this process, we had to do all the chasing. They overcharged us for blood tests and have refused to give our money back. The staff on the calls were blunt and rude. The staff in the clinics looked like they were on minimum wage, tired and not being looked after too. My partner had started to bleed a couple of weeks after a positive pregnancy test, we were told to call the emergency line, no one answered. The service of this clinic is ridiculous. After being discharged from the clinic to our own GP, a month or so later our patient coordinator Ellie, when she eventually returned to work, sent us an invoice for £250 as we had apparently missed an appointment. If you choose to do anything today, skip past this clinic and find somewhere else. This company does not care about it's staff and it's customers. Once they have your money, they do not care.

The CREATE team in both St Albans and St Pauls have been amazing. They are kind, professional and experts at what they do.

Worst experience I had so far.. they have long waiting time when you phone call centre.During nurse consultation they have asked me to come for blood test at st.albans branch next Tuesday and didn't given me fix time.its clinic far for us and we planned our day specially for that and when we went there no staff from create fertility was there and they were using medical rooms of GP surgery and on that day no one was there..what a waste of our day!!!I did called them the day before confirm they I can go there for blood test and on the next day we are getting this....

One of the reasons why we chose this clinic was the location. Create advertises a clinic in Hertfordshire, but that is not true. They have a room where they do scans (if you manage to book it). Almost all of my appointments with them, however, were in central London. Apart from that we had problems with hidden fees, very rude staff, chaotic communication.
