My experience was very positive as it was successful! Dr. Arturo Valdes does a lot of YouTube video explaining that removing mioma doesn’t mean removing the uterus. I was able to schedule zoom call with the doctor, he reaffirming that most case end successful and encourage to operate. The clinic is neat, well located, the staff is friendly! The doctor was able to remove my miomas, keeping the uterus. I enjoyed how the doctor is capable to explain how things are done and why. I would definitely recommend him for any women looking for a miomectomia. 💯

What is the history and background of Creafam? expand_more
Creafam was founded in 2008 in Puebla by a team of internationally trained specialists who adopted protocols from leading European and U.S. institutes. Over its 15‑year history the clinic has grown to treat roughly 800 infertility cases annually, serving both national and international patients. In 2017 Creafam expanded to Boca del Río, Veracruz, extending its high‑quality care to a broader region. The clinic holds COFEPRIS licensing and multiple SFS certifications, underscoring its commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Milestones include the introduction of the SMART IVF protocol, the launch of an online self‑diagnosis tool, and a documented 96% overall success rate in assisted reproduction.
What is the maximum age for IVF treatment at Creafam? expand_more
Creafam’s SMART IVF protocol sets an upper age limit of 42 years for women seeking in vitro fertilization, provided they meet the required ovarian reserve and health criteria. Patients older than 42 may still be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis, but the clinic generally recommends alternative options such as egg donation or fertility preservation. Age‑related counseling includes discussion of success probabilities, which naturally decline with advancing maternal age, and the clinic tailors treatment plans to maximize pregnancy chances while ensuring safety.
What are the IVF success rates at Creafam? expand_more
Creafam reports an overall IVF pregnancy success rate of 96%, meaning that 96% of patients who undergo in vitro fertilization achieve a clinical pregnancy. Approximately 75% of those pregnancies occur on the first embryo transfer, and if a second cycle is needed, the clinic offers a discount and still reaches a 96% pregnancy rate for the second attempt. These figures are based on the clinic’s audited outcomes for the most recent reporting year and reflect the use of personalized protocols, advanced embryo culture, and a high‑quality laboratory. The high success rate is a key differentiator for patients seeking assisted reproduction in Puebla and Veracruz.
What IVF laboratory technology does Creafam use? expand_more
Creafam’s IVF laboratory employs a dry‑incubator system that maintains a stable, low‑humidity environment to improve embryo development. The lab integrates the ERICA artificial‑intelligence platform, which analyzes time‑lapse images to select the most viable blastocyst for transfer. Additionally, the facility uses the Primo Vision embryo‑monitoring system, providing continuous observation of embryo morphology and growth kinetics. All equipment is calibrated to meet COFEPRIS quality standards, and the laboratory follows strict Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) protocols, ensuring high embryo survival rates and consistent pregnancy outcomes.
Does Creafam treat single women seeking fertility treatment? expand_more

The clinic offers IUI with donor sperm for women without a male partner, as well as full IVF cycles using either their own eggs or donor eggs.
