Had my husband get a semen analysis here and they scared us into thinking we had to do IVF. They approached the phone call terribly talking about how they had so many concerns. Brought the results to a urologist who assured us everything is fine & we actually conceived a month letter. Such a waste of emotion and heartbreak. They just want your money.

Could not get my lab results for 3+ months. I ended up having to tell the billing department that I would not pay my bill until I got the results. That finally worked, but the results were, "inconclusive, come in to do the $800 test again." After that I was completely ghosted. We switched to a different clinic.

I am readding my review that I was asked to remove. The Manager told me I could call her for anything -- no response. I have sent many messages this week and last week to my nurse. Nothing. I feel like I am jumping through hoops. This process is already so stressful and I feel like its so much worse than before. I don't understand why. My review before would have been 4 stars. I have been a customer here since 2018. Been going through fertility treatments for YEARS. I feel like the service has deteriorated dramatically. I need help and NO ONE is responding.

Patient had a negative experience at the IVF clinic due to poor treatment by staff, difficulty with the patient portal, and interruptions during the appointment. Dr. O'shaughnessy and Claudia treated the patient poorly, while an employee was more neutral.

I am leaving this review in hopes that it will reach the right personnel whom can help educate their staff on how a patient should be treated. I had a very negative experience, and that's a lot to say coming from someone who met with Dr. O'shaughnessy for 2 minutes. My problem began when I was having difficulty with their patient portal. I attempted to submit my documents various times, and the portal wasn't allowing me to complete a specific section although I had filled everything out. I had asked an employee for help and she recommended that I explain this to the doctor once I had logged onto the appointment. The day of my appointment I received a call from Claudia regarding the patient portal. I was at work unable to answer, so when it was time for my appointment I called the clinic as I didn't have the zoom link to join. The first thing Claudia said was, "I called you this morning regarding your patient portal as you haven't completed it, and we needed this done prior to the appointment." I tried explaining my situation in which I kept getting interrupted. She finally sent me the link. Once I hopped on the call with the Doctor it was even worse. This "Doctor" treated me as if I was stupid and ALSO kept interrupting me when I tried explaining my portal situation. She said, "Welp I guess were just going to have to spend a lot time going through your history then." AGAIN, I tried explaining that I had trouble with the portal and she said "That doesn't matter anymore, it shows you didn't do anything on our end which means we have to spend more time asking you questions." Anyways, I let her know that I did not want to complete this appointment as the staff had treated me very poorly. This was not the right way to handle this situation. I hope for other patients sake that they are treated much better. The fertility process is already such a difficult and draining process without having been treated this way. Thanks!
