I had an incredible experience at Concept. Despite not being offered any support on the NHS due to my BMI, concept were more than willing to help (with success!). I found the process very simple, the team were very communicative, and getting conveniently timed appointments was very easy. I work during the week but all my appointments were pre 8am so it was easy to manage with my work schedule. Thank you very much to the team at Concept. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with fertility and unable to get support on the NHS.
