I was really treated like a number. Where you expect compassion and humanity, it was hard to find. They did not listen to me and did not give me the feeling during the examinations and treatments that they really saw me as a person. The waiting area was for both people who had a conversation and people who had to undergo an egg puncture. And yes, after the egg puncture, you also have to pass through that space. You will not receive a paper apron for your private use or a wipe or paper towel after an internal ultrasound to remove the lubricant, no, it may run down your legs while you walk to the other room to get dressed again. In short, I would go to another clinic to be treated. In addition to the fertility uncertainty, it has also cost me too much mentally. I wish everyone who reads this much strength and success. (You don't read it for nothing)

smart_toy AI-generated based on information from the clinic's website

Does Centrum Voortplanting Brabant provide fertility treatment for same-sex couples? expand_more
Centrum Voortplanting Brabant offers inclusive fertility services for same‑sex couples, particularly lesbian partners. The clinic facilitates donor‑insemination (IUI) with screened donor sperm, ovulation induction, and full IVF/ICSI cycles using either partner’s eggs or donor eggs. All procedures comply with Dutch regulations that prohibit anonymous donation, ensuring legal transparency for the resulting child. CVB’s experienced team of reproductive endocrinologists and embryologists tailors protocols to each couple’s needs, and dedicated counselling helps navigate the medical and social aspects of building a family together.
Does Centrum Voortplanting Brabant treat single women seeking fertility treatment? expand_more
Centrum Voortplanting Brabant welcomes single women (alleengaanden) who wish to pursue parenthood. The clinic offers the full range of assisted reproduction options, including IUI with donor sperm, ovulation induction, IVF/ICSI using donor eggs or the woman’s own eggs, and egg‑freezing for future use. Individualised counselling addresses the unique medical, legal, and emotional considerations for solo mothers, and the multidisciplinary team—including fertility specialists, embryologists, and psychosocial counsellors—provides comprehensive support throughout the treatment journey.
What is the maximum age for IVF treatment at Centrum Voortplanting Brabant? expand_more
Centrum Voortplanting Brabant sets age limits based on the type of treatment. For IVF cycles using a woman’s own eggs, treatment is generally offered up to age 42, reflecting the decline in ovarian reserve and success rates. When donor eggs or frozen material are used, the clinic extends eligibility to age 49, allowing older patients to benefit from high‑quality donor gametes. Treatments for women aged 43 and older are not reimbursed under the standard health‑insurance scheme, and the clinic evaluates each case individually to ensure medical appropriateness and safety.
Does Centrum Voortplanting Brabant offer egg donation for IVF treatment? expand_more
Yes, Centrum Voortplanting Brabant provides a dedicated eiceldonatie programme for patients who lack viable eggs. Prospective recipients undergo thorough medical and psychological screening, and donors are carefully evaluated for health, genetic background, and infectious disease status. The clinic coordinates the donor stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilisation with the partner’s sperm (or donor sperm when required), and subsequent embryo transfer. Success rates for donor‑egg IVF are comparable to national figures, and the process is fully integrated with CVB’s IVF laboratory to ensure optimal embryo development and implantation.
