We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Dilday and the amazing team at CCRM. After consulting with two fertility doctors, Dr. Dilday came highly recommended, and our experience with her and her staff has been exceptional. From the very first telemedicine consultation, we were impressed by how well she made her schedule work with ours but also an impressive powerpoint slide to go over the entire process which even though I have done the work, my husband truly needed it, which made the process feel less stressful and welcoming. What really stood out to us, though, was the front desk lady. She has been an absolute gem and truly the heart of the office. From the moment we walked in, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care have made the whole experience so much smoother. She always greets us with a smile, and her ability to make us feel welcomed and comfortable has been invaluable. In a world where front desk staff can sometimes be distant or rushed, she is a true treasure and really helps set the tone for the whole visit. I’ve prayed to God throughout this journey, asking for a smooth and supportive process as we work toward our little miracle. So far, my prayers have been answered. Even though the journey hasn’t been cheap and there have been some long drives, sacrifices of my work schedule, everything has felt much easier and more manageable with Dr. Dilday and her amazing team. Their communication has been consistent and clear, and we’ve never felt out of the loop. A special mention goes to the office staff who supported my husband during a moment when he fainted during a blood draw last Friday. They handled the situation with such grace, making us feel completely at ease despite the minor embarrassment. My husband walked out of there feeling incredibly supported and cared for by everyone. We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Dilday and her team who truly makes the whole experience feel easier and more comforting. If you’re looking for a fertility team that genuinely cares about you and your journey, we highly recommend Dr. Dilday and CCRM.

User experienced poor billing service from CCRM with lack of transparency, unresponsive billing department and threats of collection. Egg freezing and storage services mentioned. Not recommended due to this issue.

This review is for the billing department. I have frozen my eggs at this location in 2021 and have my eggs stored with them. Unfortunately, there has been zero transparency in the storage billing fees, and CCRM keeps saying I am past due on payments, which is not true, so I have requested records of the billing and payment records via email and phone. They do not ever provide the information you request, and they flat out do not respond to any phone calls (billing department) or respond to your VM. They are threatening to take things to collection, but they also refuse to provide any information on the billing and payment records. I have already moved away from Orange County, so visiting in person would not be an option. My eggs are basically in a hostage situation... would not recommend this clinic to anybody.

CCRM team is kind, attentive and understanding. They respond quickly and go above and beyond. Dreams were made true through their IVF service.

We are so incredibly grateful to Dr Abhari and the entire CCRM team! From our first meeting to our “graduation” we had the absolute best experience. They were all so kind, attentive, understanding and just all around went above and beyond. They would call after hours and spend any amount of time going over things and medications and always responded to questions really fast. It truly blew my mind. I haven’t worked with a drs office like this ever. Thank you CCRM for making our dreams come true!

Treated with kindness and respect throughout the IVF process. Successful outcome. Good communication.

From the moment we looked at the website to meet the doctors, I knew I would be treated with kindness, respect and the utmost care by Dr. Dilday and team. Choosing to start a family in a doctors office can be nerve wracking, but I always felt supported, informed, and encouraged at every step. As an LGBTQ couple, we were so pleased to be treated with respect and care by this team. Thanks to the support throughout from Dr. Dilday, Keara, and all the nursing staff, we’ll be back when it’s time for baby number 2! Thanks for making our dreams of starting a family come true 💕
