Dr. K is great and so kind. We switched from Shady Grove after our first cycle failed. Had a horrible experience there so we wanted to switch to CCRM in hopes for better outcomes. So glad we did. Our second cycle (1st with CCRM) was a success! I feel as though CCRM is more personable, empathetic, and it’s less chaotic. The salve app is convenient and someone is always there to respond back quickly and answer any questions.

This was a terrible experience for me. First there was the non-stop emails and calls about forms that needed to be filled out beginning 3 weeks prior to my consultation. Then after filling out 13 pages of documents I received 12 more forms I was told at first weren’t necessary prior to my appointment. Then I was told 3 days before I had to fill them out or face a $200 rescheduling fee. Finally there was my actual consultation which felt demeaning and like a waste of time. There was little to no compassion. Everything my OBGYN and PCP had told me was discredited with no explanation. Ultimately I had the door slammed in my face.

WE LOVE CCRM! Thank you for working so hard to get our baby girl here. Dr Barton is great (very no nonsense but we were looking for a doctor, not a therapist) and the nurses are angels (they cried with us, celebrated with us, and were so supportive and helpful). We had a great experience. Well, a horrible experience and journey made better because we knew we were in the best hands. Thank you for everything you do.

Like many others who have left poor reviews we have experienced communication and billing issues throughout the process. One day I had to rush to the specialty pharmacy to get additional medications on a Sunday because they were not ordered in time (these are time sensitive injections). We were forced to prepay for most of the billing only to mistakenly be billed for many of the procedures we already paid for again. You will not be speaking to the same nurse consistently and often they do not know what the other nurse said before and on occasion we got conflicting directions on what to do. We even got the wrong directions for how to prepare for the extraction procedure and luckily remember another nurse had told us the opposite and had to correct the nurse and have her confirm she gave us the wrong directions with the doctor. They are clearly a high volume practice with little concern for the patient’s experience given these same type of reviews are consistently being left and nothing is changing for patients. It has been so stressful dealing with all of this on top of IVF already being a difficult process. My wife has been brought to tears multiple times not because of the IVF treatment itself but the added stress of surprise/inaccurate bills, wrong or conflicting directions, missing directions, etc. We spoke to the practice manager once about these issues and nothing changed. If we could do it all over we would definitely go with another clinic.
