The medical team are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, walking us through the different options and tests when things didn’t go our way. We ended up doing one egg retrieval and two transfers, both using embryo glue, and are delighted to have just heard our 8-week fetus’ heartbeat today. None of that would’ve happened without the care and direction of Dr Kleanthis, so thank you so much! What makes Care Fertility particularly special is the team you see and speak to so regularly throughout your treatment. IVF is so tough, and we found it hard to rely on our usual support network because they just didn’t get it. From the moment you walk into the London clinic, you’re met by Christine’s infectious spirit. You’re then handed over to the nursing team, and no matter who your appointment is with, you’ll be under the care of the most empathetic and caring people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. The nursing team have been so much more than medical professionals; they’ve been at the end of the phone when I was symptom-spiralling, giving the warmest hugs when scans don’t show what you want, and they’ve truly felt like friends. I don’t think there are good enough words to describe how grateful I am that a really tough journey included these wonderful people. Going in for our final scan today, I felt so loved and celebrated. It feels like the team at Care truly do care about you. We’re so fortunate that our journey has ended positively, but I know that if we decide to continue with IVF in the future, I’ll be so delighted to see the team at Care Fertility again. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU <3

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an 11-year journey to parenthood, I am overjoyed to be writing this review, a dream that became reality thanks to Dr. Sweta Priyanka and exceptional team at Care London. The clinic's nursing staff and embryologists are truly among London's finest. Their attention to detail, technical expertise, and most importantly, their kindness made an immense difference in our experience. The entire team showed unwavering support and genuine investment in our success, making us feel like we weren't just patients, but family. Looking at our baby today, we are filled with endless gratitude for Dr. Priyanka and the team at Care London. Their gift of helping us create our family is something we will cherish forever. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. They turned our 11-year wait into the most beautiful outcome we could have imagined. Thank you

Amazing experience at Care Fertility! The admin team is incredibly efficient and friendly. The nurses and embryologists are compassionate, putting you at complete ease throughout the process. I was always kept informed and never had to chase for updates. Although my first transfer unfortunately didn't work out as hoped, I'm hopeful for my frozen embryos and feel confident in the care I've received. Highly recommend!

Do not store your eggs with Care Fertility! I was a patient with Zita West that got bought by care fertility. When I contacted them to transfer my eggs out they suddently pulled up an invoice from more than 2 years ago. I told them how unfair I thought that was - especially since we had called to check that our balance was clear with Zita West when we left. They then refused to transfer my eggs while we were in the dispute and purposefully withheld the transfer for more than two weeks so I missed a cycle with my new clinic. They are such a mess and when you try to leave they are like gansters to deal with holding your most precious eggs as leverage.. So unethical.

My wife and I are undergoing fertility treatment at Care Fertility London under Dr. Sweta Jindal, and our experience has been extremely positive. Dr. Jindal is exceptionally knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate. She took time to explain every step clearly and made us feel supported and confident throughout what can be a very emotional journey. Her professionalism, honesty, and personal approach truly stand out. The nursing and support staff were also kind and efficient, but Dr. Jindal’s leadership and reassurance made the biggest difference for us. We are very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to any couple seeking fertility treatment in London.
