My new patient appointment was today and I am just blown away by the lack of accountability, genuine warmth (or any warmth at all), and friendliness of the PA that did my visit. First off, she was 20 minutes late to the appointment and did not apologize irregardless of me sending messages at the 10-minute mark and the 17-minute mark of her being late asking about whether the appointment was occurring. She enters the visit and jumps directly in to medical questions and conducted the whole visit this way. I am a provider myself, one with telehealth experience and I could never fathom conducting a visit like this with a patient whether in the clinic or not. Where’s the humanness, the simple communication? Also, I compare this experience to one with a different fertility office I went to for a previous pregnancy and they are worlds apart from one another. I really hope the cold, clinical interaction I experienced today does not happen again.

I had a wonderful experience at Brown Fertility in Tampa. From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to explain each step of the process and always answered my questions with patience and compassion. The nurses and doctors treated me like a person, not just a patient, and that made all the difference during such an emotional journey. I’m deeply grateful for their expertise, empathy, and dedication. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility care.
