Starting ivf is the most scary journey I have ever been through however the team at bourn hall made me feel at ease and comfortable at there clinic! The whole team have been amazing the whole way through!
The clinic itself is very clean and comforting and the environment is very calming!

Their genuine care comes through in everything they do, and from our very first appointment, I knew we were in the best hands possible. Every member of the team we encountered was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate.

The emotional toll of IVF is undeniable, but the Bourn Hall team made an enormous difference in making us feel safe and reassured throughout. Eloise and Rebecca, the midwives who handled my frequent scans, were exceptional. Having to go in for scans every other day can be overwhelming, but they always put me at ease, answering all my questions and ensuring that each appointment was unhurried and supportive. I never felt rushed or like just another patient as they gave us all the time we needed.

The nursing team was equally incredible, keeping us fully informed and always promptly responding to any calls or emails. They reassured us every step of the way, explaining everything clearly which helped to alleviate a lot of our worries.

Scheduling was another area where the clinic truly excelled. I preferred morning appointments to help manage my anxiety, and they went out of their way to accommodate this, always making sure I had times that suited me best.

After completing our successful IVF cycle, I couldn’t help but feel a bittersweet sadness as we left the clinic. The care we received was so exceptional that it felt like saying goodbye to a place that had become a second home during such a vulnerable time in our lives.

If you find yourself on this journey, I can’t recommend Bourn Hall enough. They not only helped us achieve success but did so with so much kindness and compassion.

I could not recommend Bourn Hall, Wickford enough to anyone about to start their IVF Journey. From the first appointment all the team were so kind and welcoming and we have felt throughout our time there we have built such a good relationship with the nurses who are always so caring and go out of their way to make you feel so at ease during what can be a really stressful time. Myself and my partner could not fault the level of care received in any way.
