The ladies (and gentleman, we had a lovely male embryologist on the day of transfer) at Bourn hall Wickford are all amazing. With it being such a HUGE deal for every man, woman or couple that go on this journey, the team understand that from your very first appt. Always on hand via the portal to answer any questions no matter how little or trivial they seem. Each scan I had was dealt with such detail, understanding and empathy. Even down to the embryologists explaining everything you need to know about your little embryo. We are super lucky to now be 8 weeks pregnant with our little miracle on our second try and it’s not without help of the wonderful work they do at Bourn hall. Thank you so much, always remember the amazing difference you all make to people’s lives ☺️ x

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to the wonderful ladies at Bourn Hall Clinic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care that went far beyond what I ever expected. Every interaction was filled with warmth and understanding, making an emotional journey feel so much less daunting. We were lucky enough to succeed on our very first FET attempt! The team treated me not just as a patient, but as a friend — listening, reassuring, and always taking the time to explain things with patience and empathy. You can feel how much they care in everything they do. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support, encouragement, and unwavering kindness. You are an incredible group of women, and I will always be thankful for the care I received at Bourn Hall Clinic. 🩷 Special mention to Dr Ray, Dr Paloma, Beth, Zoe, Tracey, Rhiannon, Sarah, Becky, Angela and Eloise! Thank you all so much! Xxxx
