The customer service experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The team are caring and compassionate and orders are dispatched quickly and received equally fast packaged in lovely packaging. The instructions are clear to follow and the process is easy and straightforward. We have completed 2 cycles using Bea to TTC baby number 3, our first 2 children conceived via IUI so before we have to spend a fortune on that we wanted to try this. Unfortunately neither cycles worked for us on this occasion but as with TTC, it is never a given. The applicator and process I can’t fault and I wish this had been around 7 years ago when we were TTC our first child. Thank you Bea for providing this to the TTC community as another option!

I am blown away by this company. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. I am so happy with the product. I received my first three treatment kits and unfortunately two of them were faulty. They sent me out replacement kits straight away, and on the first attempt of using a non- faulty kit we conceived! We had been TTC for 18m prior to this. The fault with the kits has been completely resolved but I was one of the first people to use Bèa, so any new company is going to have teething problems, which they swiftly fixed. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and couldn’t be happier. This treatment takes the stress out of TTC, and I am so happy I found this company as it has helped us complete our family. Miles cheaper than any other infertility treatment, and I had tried other at home insemination kits/companies before I found Bèa. I had unexplained infertility but was not eligible for IVF. I am so grateful to the creators of this product and can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Bèa- thank you so much!

Unfortunately the applicator didn’t release the cap when twisted as per the instructions, meaning the applicator didn’t work. Each applicator is single use so I’m afraid this may have been a waste of money. Will see if the second applicator works any better.
