Visited in February for a consultation, the nurse and the doctor were ignorant and just asked to take antioxidants and make lifestyle changes and sent us back without further investigating the reason for our problem and asked to come after 3 months but within that time our reports became even worse . Team could have taken our case more seriously than casually neglecting us because of our young age. It's important to find the cause of the problem rather than just sending back telling to take antioxidants and good diet. Hello, I do understand the step by step care process of yours, but what I'm trying to point out here is that was not done to us. After the initial consultation, no further evaluation was at all done. Ofcourse after an initial consultation, it is your duty to evaluate further which was not done. Only if you had evaluated the cause your treatment plan would have been effective which your team failed to do. Even after 3 months you never approached us for follow up. Just after noticing by review that too after 4 months you wanted to followup. Since you didn't evaluate the proper cause or take our case seriously is the only reason we felt incomplete and the single visit also was not that appreciable. All that you wanted was to send us back and come back only few months. Because you were trying to push us away disappointed us. Hope you and your team atleast learn from your mistake and don't take any other couple for granted and neglect their case and send them back without proper evaluation and take each one of them seriously and help them in their parenthood journey
