We’ve just welcomed a delightful and beautiful baby girl into the world. Ali Al-Chami brilliantly held our hands throughout our IVF journey and gave us hope when we needed it most.

The actual clinic and the staff were amazing, I have nothing but praise for them and would happily give a 5 star. It is a shame i cannot separate my review for the consultant and the clinic. We had one round of IVF and for a forward thinking clinic that uses AI and an app, they need to ensure their consultants use the app for all medication updates and appointment updates (as IVF veterans will know there are many medications at different doses). There is no point advertising that there is an app, or live feeds for embryo development if they are not used or available for EVERY patient (transparency is very important) . They also need to ensure they partner with consultants that have time to dedicate to IVF patients as everything is time critical and this is very important, as at a regular IVF clinic the staff are available for contact as soon as a patient is at day 1 of their period. It is extremely important to be allowed a safe space to be allowed to ask questions, we did not feel we were given this by the consultant we used. She did not react well to questions, and the one time I did get emotional (mainly because of how I was being treated) she told me I needed to get help for mental health issues.
The receptionist used by the consultant is not contactable by phone, only responds via email, as does the consultant. If you are the kind if patient that needs to be able to contact someone by phone then AVOID.
We appreciate the tests requested by our consultant and the recommendation for a hysteroscopy. We often had to chase up results and were told they had already been sent (we had no record and nothing in our junk mail). We continued our treatment with the same consultant as we had already paid over £2000 for the medications (lot of which were unnecessary add-ons).
We appreciate all of the help and advice we received from the clinic and once they were involved things improved dramatically, the rooms were really nice and it has the potential to be an amazing clinic if working with right consultants.
Also high praise for the embryologists at Avenues they tried everything they could to ensure we had an embryo to transfer (a day 3 6 cell) their communication was excellent.
We have since moved to a new clinic/consultant and have had much better results so far (day 5 blastocyst) and less a aggressive treatment protocol.

Wow wow what a service what a beautiful clinic I might add makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable . Highly recommend

Dr Kat was so kind, reassuring and very transparent about what the treatment entails and how it all works.
In the end I went with another company due to location suitably for me but I would absolutely consider and recommend Dr Kat for these treatments.

This fertility clinic is truly the best around! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The clinic itself is immaculate, with modern, comfortable rooms that create such a calming environment during what can be a stressful time. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide support and answer any questions. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched. Dr Dimitri Is such an amazing Dr, he is truly exceptional, with a warm and compassionate approach that instantly puts you at ease. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses, in particular Starrula, are equally amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to provide support with a smile. I can’t recommend this clinic enough to anyone on their fertility journey. They make you feel cared for every step of the way, and the service is second to none!

I’ve been very impressed by this clinic, most notably Oona the embryologist – and Dr Fatum who are both exceptional and have a warm and friendly bedside manner.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to the whole Avenues team for supporting me through my IVF journey. I went to Avenues for the first time for my second round of IVF following an unsuccessful cycle in early 2024. Right from the beginning I could tell what a special place it was. The clinic itself is modern and bright and immediately makes you feel like you are at home or in a lovely hotel rather than a clinical setting. However, the aspect that really sets the clinic apart is it’s wonderful staff. Every single one of them went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible and were so kind and patient with me during some very difficult times. Katie, Christina and Lauren from the Nursing and Midwives team ended up feeling like family and made every visit and procedure enjoyable and were unbelievably caring from start to finish. I was also extremely impressed with the Embryologist team, led by Andrew, who seemed to be using the latest technologies and AI resources to ensure every one of my rounds was as successful as possible. The embryo monitoring technology I was offered made the five day wait from collection much more bearable and each update I received from the Embryologist team was so informative where they always took the time to explain everything to me in a really clear and thoughtful way. I am now pleased to say I am 5 months pregnant with my first child and I can’t imagine having gone through the whole IVF process without the support of the whole Avenues team. They really feel like family and I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire process has been unnecessarily stressful due to a lack of transparency in communication and an inability to address straightforward requests. Additionally, the use of overly casual language, such as ending sensitive emails/messages with ‘kisses,’ feels inappropriate and unprofessional given the absence of a personal relationship. Overall, this has not been a positive experience.

I have been impressed with my care at Avenues from start to finish. The clinic was highly recommended to me and it didn’t disappoint. The care from all the team has been compassionate and supportive. The cost of services are very reasonably priced for London and I never felt like “a number”. My treatment was very individualised and exceeded my expectations. Dr Kat Kriedt explained every step of my egg collection very clearly and I never felt rushed or overlooked. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to tailor a plan specifically for my needs. A vast difference to other clinics where I’ve felt on a conveyor belt with the same plan as every other patient. This all made what could be an inherently stressful experience much more manageable.
