We’ve just welcomed a delightful and beautiful baby girl into the world. Ali Al-Chami brilliantly held our hands throughout our IVF journey and gave us hope when we needed it most.

The actual clinic and the staff were amazing, I have nothing but praise for them and would happily give a 5 star. It is a shame i cannot separate my review for the consultant and the clinic. We had one round of IVF and for a forward thinking clinic that uses AI and an app, they need to ensure their consultants use the app for all medication updates and appointment updates (as IVF veterans will know there are many medications at different doses). There is no point advertising that there is an app, or live feeds for embryo development if they are not used or available for EVERY patient (transparency is very important) . They also need to ensure they partner with consultants that have time to dedicate to IVF patients as everything is time critical and this is very important, as at a regular IVF clinic the staff are available for contact as soon as a patient is at day 1 of their period. It is extremely important to be allowed a safe space to be allowed to ask questions, we did not feel we were given this by the consultant we used. She did not react well to questions, and the one time I did get emotional (mainly because of how I was being treated) she told me I needed to get help for mental health issues. The receptionist used by the consultant is not contactable by phone, only responds via email, as does the consultant. If you are the kind if patient that needs to be able to contact someone by phone then AVOID. We appreciate the tests requested by our consultant and the recommendation for a hysteroscopy. We often had to chase up results and were told they had already been sent (we had no record and nothing in our junk mail). We continued our treatment with the same consultant as we had already paid over £2000 for the medications (lot of which were unnecessary add-ons). We appreciate all of the help and advice we received from the clinic and once they were involved things improved dramatically, the rooms were really nice and it has the potential to be an amazing clinic if working with right consultants. Also high praise for the embryologists at Avenues they tried everything they could to ensure we had an embryo to transfer (a day 3 6 cell) their communication was excellent. We have since moved to a new clinic/consultant and have had much better results so far (day 5 blastocyst) and less a aggressive treatment protocol.

Wow wow what a service what a beautiful clinic I might add makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable . Highly recommend

My experience with Avenues IVF Clinic was truly exceptional, and I want to highlight the incredible care I received from Nurse Stavrula and Dr. Dimitrios Psaroudakis. From the very first visit, Nurse Stavrula made me feel completely at ease with her warmth and genuine compassion. She was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small, and her support made such a difference during this emotional journey. Dr. Psaroudakis was equally amazing. He took the time to listen and truly understand my situation, tailoring the treatment to give me the best chance of success. His professionalism and kindness reassured me every step of the way, and I always felt I was in the best hands. The combination of advanced treatments and such a caring, supportive team made all the difference. I can’t thank Nurse Stavrula and Dr. Psaroudakis enough for their dedication and the hope they brought into my life. If you’re considering fertility treatment, I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Dr Kat was so kind, reassuring and very transparent about what the treatment entails and how it all works. In the end I went with another company due to location suitably for me but I would absolutely consider and recommend Dr Kat for these treatments.
