Patient had a positive initial experience with a 'wonderful' staff at the IVF clinic, leading to a tubal reversal surgery. Despite an initial successful outcome, no follow-up calls were made by the clinic and no further updates were received after 6 month

I had my surgery yesterday and a little sore as of today but everything seems to be going well. I want to take the time to thank you and your staff. Everyone has been absolutely wonderful. And big thank you to the ladies that cared for me at touchton surgery center in Jacksonville Fl. The ladies there were outstanding and very caring. I would recommend you all to anyone who is considering a tubal reversal. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my husband and myself and I will update when we have a baby on board. Thank you!! Update 8 months have passed and no baby sadly. Not one person has called to do a follow up as I was told if they hadn’t had a report of a baby within 6 months they would call and have me come in to make sure everything is still good to go. Nobody has reached out.

Even though my treatment isn’t complete yet, I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They thoroughly explain every procedure, and what I appreciate most is the honesty of Dr. Shaykh. I have complete trust in the process and am confident that I’ll get my +.

Dr. Shaykh performed a tubal reversal procedure, resulting in a pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage, and a second successful pregnancy. The doctor and staff were initially unfriendly but became more pleasant. The patient is now a mother of a 2-year-old c

After researching and looking for the best doctor to perform my tubal reversal, I came across this facility and Dr. Shaykh and his staff was amazing. Somehow rushing the morning of my surgery I left the most important paper and I came from another state, I was prepared to reschedule but he allowed us to get the paper work redone after he basically cursed me out, I was then nervous to get it done, his whole demaner changed from that. However I got pregnant 5 months after surgery but I miscarriage at 2 months and then got pregnant again 3 months after my miscarriage. I was 37 at the time of the procedure, my son is now 2 years old and busy as ever. I would recommend him.
