The IVF clinic has a nice team, warm and friendly staff. They helped with sedation for egg collection. The embryo transfer was a smooth experience.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer team to go through this slightly scary journey with. Everyone is so warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they have a real gift for putting you at ease. Jodie, Bryony and Sarah and some of the nicest humans I think I've ever met. I was literally petrified of the sedation for the egg collection and they helped so much. We had our embryo transfer today - all plain sailing and very cool to see! We will keep our fingers and toes crossed for two weeks time!! Whatever the outcome, I can't recommend these guys enough. Emma & Sam x

Genesis Fertility provided excellent treatment with friendly and supportive staff, good communication, and a very good IVF service, resulting in a good outcome.

I've had nothing but positivity and care from ABC Bristol. We changed clinics to ABC to give our last IVF round a push after a not so great experience at a previous one. It's always a daunting experience moving to a different clinic The coordinators are nothing but timely. All schedules, treatment information was sent over timely. Charlie, my coordinator took care of everything I needed up to my treatment start. They were thorough and caring everything you expect. Just made the process so much easier. Bryony and Sarah the nurses I seen each time were fantastic and no question was unanswered. ABC have been an absolute breath of fresh air on our fertility journey. We only wish we would have changed clinics sooner.

The IVF clinic has a professional team, good success rate and friendly staff, but long waiting lists. The doctor and communication were excellent. The patient is currently pregnant with a positive outcome.

Excellent experience at ABC Bristol. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I was made to feel at ease and informed at every step of the way. And now after successful IVF treatment we have our beautiful little boy and we couldn't thank the clinic enough.
