I felt so uncomfortable and actually cried before getting an embryo transfer. My bladder was not all the way full even though I had already drank so much water. He said “I guess you can’t follow the rules” I was beyond myself and I felt that my own experience was ruined. I was so happy to be able to help another mom have a baby and he completely took my smile away with 1 visit. If I could give this no stars I would. I tried making it still the best I could but my own friend had to comfort me and calm me down before they came back in to get the transfer started.

Western Fertility Clinic has been a compassionate and professional partner throughout our fertility journey. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and heard. Dr. Kumar took the time to explain every step of the process and were always available to answer our questions. The nurses and front desk staff were kind, organized, and truly caring, and special thanks to our PA Lena, who was amazing to work with 🙂

Thank you to Dr. Kumar, Quiana and all the team at Western Fertility Institute. The IVF process has big ups and downs and is hard emotionally but they made us feel reassured throughout our journey and were very accommodating around our busy work schedules. We are now excited to be expecting our first child and are truly grateful that we’re in a position to have a family.

We could not recommend this office any more highly! Dr Kumar and Jessica (our nurse) were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to offer personal, thoughtful care through the process. Even the office staff are friendly and professional and don’t let things slip through the cracks. It felt great to work with a center that truly cares about service and its patients. We are very very happy that we ended up at Western Fertility and highly recommend them. We went to another clinic nearby in Encino and just had an awful experience. Bad service, no attention to detail, and incompetent office staff who were full of apologies but couldn’t stop screwing up. It was so stressful, especially given this was our first time doing this process and we needed them to have our backs. When we found Western Fertility, it was the best move ever to switch and my wife and I are SO grateful we did! Night and day difference and such peace of mind to go through the process with an amazing group that cares about its patients.

Dr. Kumar is the best, as are his nursing staff and admin staff. We are people who like to have control over our lives, which is one of the things that infertility strips away from you. But Dr. Kumar was the perfect balance of informative, empathetic, and guiding. He made suggestions and provided perspective, and answered questions, without us ever feeling rushed or like we were just a number. His staff is also amazing. I was impressed that his staff remembered who we were from appointment to appointment; they really made the process feel personalized.

Obviously a positive outcome cannot be guaranteed with IVF, but even through the challenging moments we experienced, the staff and Dr. Kumar were there for our questions and compassionate to the situation.

I would definitely recommend this clinic for those facing struggles with their journey to parenthood.
