I did the elective egg freezing here. I had a really good experience. Everyone was really friendly and responsive to my questions. They guided me through each step and were sure I was comfortable with the parts I needed to do myself at home. The retrieval went very smooth and they took a great care of me. I really appreciate this place and what they were able to do.

I had a terrible experience here. Although I had a nice consultation with the doctor himself, as soon as my consultation was over I immediately ran into issues with my coordinator, Lupe, as well as the manager, Michelle. In just over a day and a half I had really big concerns about their timeliness, their ability to answer questions on time- sensitive matters, and their competence. Moreover, Michelle was rude and dramatic on the phone at a time where I was clearly just trying to seek information. At the end of the day, although I called and emailed several times for help I still never received the actual information I needed. That night I reached out to the doctor and expressed my concerns and asked if maybe he could shed some light on the situation or if possibly another coordinator was available and I didn't even mention to him anything that I had experienced with Michelle. The doctor wrote back and just said he thought their communication was appropriate and so he was not going to continue treatment with me. So I wasted time and also wasted money on a consultation with the team I'm not going to continue with, but at the end of the day I'm really happy that I had this experience so early on because if I continued with them, I can only imagine what a nightmare it would have been. So I wholeheartedly do not recommend this clinic, although I think they're very nice when you call to schedule your consultation and I think the doctor will have a good consultation with you ultimately I think as soon as that's over and you become a patient, you're gonna be completely stressed out and left hanging without answers and apparently the doctor is going to back it up and drop you as a patient. So I would do more research and find a place that is going to make an already stressful experience, a smooth for you as possible.

The best thing about west coast is how you are treated like a person and not a number. Everytime we walk in, we are greeted by name by the same people week after week. This makes the experience much more personal and supportive in an already very stressful time. From our first consult, we were paired with our ivf coordinator Linda, who is an absolute lifesaver. She has been helping us throughout the process and answering all questions we have. We also have worked with Beth, Cindy, and the nurse Jeanie (i believe that is her name). Jeanie saw how scared I was for the ER and just stayed with me to chat to keep me company. I definitely feel like they care about you at this clinic. I am very happy to have found them as we didnt have insurance so the price was something we can try. One thing to note is to be proactive if you do go with them. Research ivf tests/procedures since they dont do much testing or bloodwork. Also, helpful to ask questions along the way if you have an idea of what to expect. Communication was a little tough in the beginning but once I started reaching out regarding any comments/questions/concerns, it was easier to understand why they are doing what they are doing for me, and if you want bloodwork, ask for it. They will work with you. Thanks for all you have done!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this IVF clinic. From start to finish, every single person was kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout our journey. Beth went truly above and beyond for us — her compassion, responsiveness, and genuine care made such a difference during what can be an emotional process. We always felt heard, supported, and in the best hands. We are so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering IVF. Thank you for everything!
