Dr. Chamoun takes his time with us and is always patient and thorough when answering our many questions. The nurses are compassionate and quick to respond to any messages, which has made this process feel much less overwhelming. Every member of the team has been exceptional. We’re still in the midst of treatment, but we feel very optimistic and so grateful that we chose Viera Fertility Center.

My husband and I were traveling to FL for vacation just 24 hours after finding out we were pregnant. We did not have time to get our first beta HCG blood draw. My fertility doctor back home wanted me to have an ultrasound to rule out ectopic *IF POSSIBLE* (we knew at 4w6d this may be impossible) but we wanted to follow our doctors orders due to our history of ectopic and multiple losses. Their staff did get us in, but made us feel like a bother. The physician who saw us was not friendly, very short with us, made us feel like a waste of his time. As a healthcare worker myself, patient care is always my top priority. We did not feel taken care off or respected. Thank goodness we can go back to our sweet team in Virginia

Our story is long but beautiful. In the year of 2020 we had our first loss, after trying to conceive again and years of struggling we decided it was time to seek out help. I heard nothing but good things about Vera fertility from Friends and knew that it was probably the best place for us to go. Everyone was so kind and caring from the moment we stepped in the office. They definitely treat you like family and listen to your every worry and concern. In 2023 we started our first round of IVF after all of the necessary testing was done. In August of that year we conceived our beautiful baby girl who was born in March of 2024. A year and a half later we are on our way with baby number two who will be born in June. We are so grateful and blast that we found beer fertility and everyone in it who has help us this far to grow our family. It can be a long and painful Journey but if you find the right clinic and the right people they can help you through and you can conceive your Miracle child and grow your family.

Disappointing and Emotionally Draining Experience (Sorry it is so long, but everyone should know what we went through.) We had multiple failed IUIs and one failed IVF at Viera Fertility. I am not a doctor so I can not tell you if these processes were done correctly or in the best way possible. This is not my complaint because there is know way to know. Complaints start here: Throughout the process, the team gave us a lot of hope — and while we understand the importance of staying positive, it often felt unrealistic and disconnected from what we were truly going through. After the failed IVF, while we were grieving, they were relentless with calls and emails despite our repeated requests for them not to contact my wife directly because of how emotional and difficult this was for her. Every time she started to calm down, the phone calls and emails would start again. At one point, they recommended speaking with a genetic counselor because they thought one of the two remaining embryos might be viable. During that call, the counselor herself said she didn’t understand why the clinic had raised our hopes explaining that the remaining embryos carried very high risks of severe mental and physical defects, danger to the mother, and likely loss of the baby. My wife was devastated for weeks after that. It began to feel like they were more focused on generating revenue than helping us build a family. We spent and borrowed everything we had to make this work, and it felt like compassion ended where the billing started. They say there are no hidden fees, but there are so much blood work, medications, extra visits and it all adds up fast. Even after the failed cycle, the unwanted communication continued. Despite making it absolutely clear verbally multiple times that I was the primary contact and that further contact with my wife would be considered harassment, they continued calling and emailing her. They demanded that we sign documents that weren’t even visible in the patient portal, causing more emotional distress. After escalating the issue, I finally spoke with the office administrator, who seemed completely unaware of the ongoing situation until that day and showed no compassion whatsoever. She promised to send the correct form directly to me and confirmed there would be no further communication but I still haven’t received the email to this day. If you are financially comfortable and emotionally detached, maybe this clinic will work for you. But if you’re a real couple giving everything you have emotionally and financially be very careful. What was supposed to be a hopeful journey turned into one of the most painful and frustrating experiences of our lives. I would never consider Viera Fertility Center as family as they said they would be from the start.

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Viera Fertility for their support, compassion, and professionalism throughout my two-year IVF journey. The entire team is like a family to me. From the very first consultation to the positive pregnancy test, I felt I’m not just a number. I’m cared, informed, and in the best hands. The staff were always patient, responsive, and encouraging, even during the more emotional moments. Shelley and Liz are on top of everything, they were not only provide me with emotional support all the time, but also replied my every single message on the same day (even during the weekend). Dr. Chamoun has the best bedside manner, and straight to the point and also he is a very good listener. The embryologist, Dr. Sylvie gave me her professional opinion on any possible ways I could do to improve my egg quality. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I’m now having a 4-month-old, something I once thought might never happen. I highly recommend this Viera Fertility to anyone looking for unique experience on fertility journey. Thank you again for making our dream come true.
