If I could give minus stars I would have. We had planned ivf for sibling testing and the whole situation is very emotional etc. The nurse we talked to before the start was incredibly emotional and said things that made the conversation end in tears. When we present this and announce that we do not want to continue treatment here due to the nurse's treatment, we get the answer that the staff only follows the clinic's guidelines (regarding weight/bmi etc). TERRIBLE treatment and am so glad we switched clinics. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
