The entire team at UFC is nothing short of amazing. The staff works seamlessly together and is so dialed in to the intricate, personally detailed and frustrating process that is IVF. This journey is not easy but they cater to you as a patient in the most sensitive way possible.

This process has been nothing but a joke. We only used them for a lab specimen. Called me the next business day after the lab prder was sent! I thought this was going to be great and fast. NOPE! Something was wrong with the order. Okay i called the person that ordered the lab, they fixed it and sent it back. It three weeks to and many angry phone calls to get an appointment. Excuses were: i cant schedule for the ogden location, oh Taylor will call you to get you scheduled, we dont have the order. Yes you do the ordering provider sent it four times and i sent it by email. Sweet Jerika finally scheduled me. THANK YOU JERIKA! (Unknown if spellingis correct) now we cant get the results to the ordering provider. They want us to set up a patient portal but NEVER answer the phone when they didnt set up the portal on their end to accept our email. They asked three times who the ordering physician was. Still nothing. This “simple process” was been a nightmare. no communication. No trust. Seems like no one doing anything. This has been awful.
