The nurse practitioners will be primarily who you see face to face. The physicians tend to be more behind the scenes with very few face to face visits. Most of the clinicians were professional but not very personable and lacked bedside manner; With the exception of Kristi Rodgeron NP who was extremely kind, empathetic and truly cared for me as an individual. The clinic is run smoothly and work hard to get you in and out.

After suffering 2 losses, being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and 3 rounds of timed intercourse I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with twins.

Over a year ago my husband and I adopted embryos and started the IVF process. We went through Utah Fertility Center and they took all our concerns seriously. We really felt seen and heard. We had an embryo implanted last December and now we have a beautiful 5 month old baby girl. Thanks to all the wonderful nurses and doctors!

I am disappointed with the lack of communication, compassion, and the last-minute cancellations of my appointments. I understand that lab work can encounter delays, but I was not informed when additional blood was needed. Additionally, I have found some staff members to be rude, and I often feel like an inconvenience. I have already invested significant time and effort into my treatment, which is why I have continued care here. However, I hope the staff can improve communication and patient care for the remainder of my treatment. I would be happy to update my review if these concerns are addressed.
