  • warning Inconsistent Patient Handling

Reports describe occasional neglect of individual concerns, such as insufficient investigation of repeated embryo implantation failures and occasional reliance on standard protocols rather than personalized adjustments.

I found Unica in Brno to offer a personalized approach and good communication with staff. Dr. Koukal and Joanna provided excellent service. I feel confident going into a new treatment plan.

I was looking for a doctor who would want to problem solve with me and would take a more personalized approach than my old clinic, and so far I’ve found that at Unica in Brno. I did a zoom consult with Dr. Koukal and he repeatedly asked me if I had any more questions or if he could explain anything in more detail. His coordinator, Joanna, has been extremely responsive and kind. She has bent over backward to get all my medical records and to guide me on what tests to get and ideas on how to get them in the US. They both have been more personable than the doc I was last assigned to at my old clinic. I feel a lot more confident going into a new treatment plan with them.
