Tripod Fertility – Reviews and Prices

Working with Tripod has been the best medical experience I have ever had by far. Literally everyone on the team from their receptionists, nurses, accountants, sonographers, custodial staff, and doctors is exemplary – we know that not every couple gets their happy ending and we are only in our 2nd trimester, but we are writing this review now to convey that even if we DIDN’T conceive, Tripod really left no stone unturned in regard to our care. I had three back-to-back first trimester losses due to a uterine infection another clinic refused to check that I had, and within two weeks of being at Tripod I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. After being pressured to pay thousands of dollars for multiple failed IUI procedures at the previous clinic, Dr. Roumain and Dr. Dzineku diagnosed, cured, and got me pregnant for a grand total of $75 dollars in treatment (plus vitamins for both my husband and me, I guess, if you wanted to count that too). They are scientifically curious and innovative in their approach to medicine, and willing to try more tailored and modern treatment strategies. I really appreciated that they did not blindly recommend expensive IUI or IVF to us without being confident about the reasons I kept miscarrying in the first place, and tested us for a variety of different things before recommending medications. Ladies, they will also test your male partners – part of a novel idea that it does in fact take two people to make a baby!

Tripod has followed our pregnancy every step of the way, providing a compassionate and knowledgeable environment after each ultrasound. They were both reassuring yet realistic and celebrated every milestone along with us. Their receptionists are highly responsive if you’re experiencing any concerning issues (spotting, yeast infections, you name it) and will coordinate speedy testing and care if it’s required. They do ultrasounds, biopsies, and lots of blood testing in house, so you know that it’s being done right and you get the results super quickly.

Lastly – and I don’t know how to even explain this – but the vibes are immaculate. The clinic is clean and orderly without being ostentatious, and the staff are consistent. It seems like there is little turnover and each staff has enough time to actually complete procedures and answer questions without rushing you through your appointment. Part of the reason that this clinic took us so long to find is that they don’t really advertise, which sucks because everyone struggling with infertility or RPL in the GTA should know who they are!!! I know this review sounds too good to be true, but I really cannot think of a single criticism of the care we receive here.

I had an amazing experience at Tripod fertility, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their compassionate care. Before coming here, I wasted over a year with another clinic where I felt dismissed and experimented on. My concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the doctor was condescending and not at all empathetic. It left me feeling hopeless and scared that all fertility clinics were like this.

However, when we made the switch to Tripod Fertility everything changed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, understanding, and made us feel valued. Dr. Dzineku took the time to explain our options, listened to our concerns, and showed us that he was genuinely invested in helping us conceive. We never felt as though we were being pressured into services just so the clinic could make money. Within two months with Tripod Fertility we became pregnant through IUI and welcomed our baby December 2024.

The team at this clinic is professional, empathetic, and truly dedicated to helping their patients. I’m so thankful I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and understanding environment during what can be a stressful time. If you are like I was and not happy with your current clinic but scared to find a new one, don’t be at all. This is the place to be!

We were given a virtual appointment, they took our details and shared a link for a specific date and time. On the specified date and time, no one was on the link. Called the office, one person picked up and told us they would get back. Someone did get back and screamed at me saying I’ve contacted the wrong clinic! I called only the number that was provided on the email lol.

Best of luck with this service. I won’t be recommending you to anyone!

We are eternally grateful to Dr. Dzineku and the entire Tripod Fertility team for giving us our miracle daughter, born in March 2024, after our very first transfer and a smooth, healthy pregnancy.

Before finding Tripod, we endured multiple IVF rounds at another large, well-known clinic, which ended in so much heartbreak. We experienced three devastating first-trimester losses, even after euploid transfers. We were ultimately told that we would likely never carry a healthy pregnancy and should consider alternate options. We left that clinic hopeless and traumatized.

From the moment we met Dr. Dzineku, he became our unwavering champion. He reassured us every step of the way and went above and beyond by conducting thorough and proactive testing, uncovering several gaps that our previous clinic was not advanced enough to consider. Thanks to his expertise, I was placed on a highly personalized plan tailored for both egg retrieval and transfer. This individualized approach led to our success after years of failed attempts elsewhere.

Even throughout our pregnancy journey, Dr. Dzineku and the Tripod nurses remained compassionate, patient, and endlessly supportive. They always took the time to address our many questions (we were very anxious!) with kindness and understanding.

Thanks to Tripod, our dream came true. You believed in us when others didn’t, and you completed our lives with the greatest gift we could have ever hoped for.

We wholeheartedly recommend Tripod to anyone navigating their fertility journey. Dr. Dzineku and his team’s dedication and care truly set them apart.

I recommend Tripod to the fullest. The best aspect of Tripod is their patient centered and personalized care, joint patient decision, patient education, and the caring and kind nature of the nurses and the doctors – and a big bonus is that their wait times are not very long for each visit. It’s also a clean and new facility where staff clearly are dedicated to their profession.

We came here after undergoing 2.5 years of fertility treatments at a different large multi-location fertility center. We arrived here with a lot of trauma, emotional turmoil, stress, frustration, medical abuse, etc from our previous clinic. It was so awful I could write a book about it. We left this clinic after multiple rounds of IVF, failed transfers and was diagnosed with unexplained infertility.

We came to tripod worn out and very doubtful. We were surprised by how pleasant the nurses, staff and the dr. D was from the beginning. We had our ups and downs from a medical perspective but we were able to navigate with Dr. D and accomplish our goal of banking embryos and found success with our first euploid transfer at tripod. Dr. D was thoughtful, offered a personalized plan, and really listened to our concerns – importantly he pushed back when his medical judgement differed from us. I hope he and his team understand how grateful we are for the way they treated us.

Even if we didn’t get pregnant with our transfer, we would rate this clinic 10/10. If you’re interested in learning more about your care, I would join their Facebook tripod support group and ask the group about their experience.

I had a very good experience during my pregnancy. They were very caring and would answer emails even on off days. Dr. Dzineku is an amazing doctor. During my pregnancy, initially i had complications they made sure to have my blood work done regularly and would send the results within a couple of hours and prescribed meds accordingly. No long wait times for ultrasound, overall they are amazing. I would highly recommend them.

So incredibly grateful for dr. Dzineku and the entire tripod team for the care and support we received from them. I switched to tripod after a negative experience with a different clinic and the commute from Guelph to Toronto was well worth it. I felt taken care of from the very beginning and from reception to blood work to ultrasound to nurses and doctors, every single member of the team made me feel like they truly cared and were routing for me. The nurses went above and beyond and I could ask all the questions I needed at any time and they were always quick to provide me with an answer or consult with the doctor when needed. I actually got to have apts with Dr Dzineku (unlike my previous clinic) and he was always thorough and positive and made me feel hopeful. He put me at ease during my egg retrival which is not easy. Anyone saying he is late to apts, I never had that issue, but if he was it’s because he genuinely cares about his patients and isn’t rushing his apts. Dr. Roumain completed one of my transfers and I cannot express enough what a genuine amazing human she is. Putting me at ease and going to bat for me after some issues with Ivf Canada. Thanks to tripod after 3 years of infertility I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl and feel hopeful for when we are ready to go back

Initially met with Dr Roumain. She was lovely. Seemed very understanding if our past fertility experiences and made us feel like we had made a good choice. Little did we know she was going on maternity leave after the first appointment and since then we have made slow progress. Scheduled appointments by zoom or voicecalls are not returned. We have waited since May to date for results of a test of which we are still waiting on as her husband Dr. Dzineku has taken over all appointments since the first one with her. It’s all going nowhere. At the very least we should have been told she would not be available and we would need to consider another clinic. If you are thinking about this clinic – don’t!
