Staff here provides information to patients and encourages them to go and do the drug treatment on their own using whatever meds they can find. I tried to get in touch with the clinic to discuss this, but they hung up on me.

After my family doctor referred me to this clinic, I followed their instructions, filled out my personal information online, and received a scheduled consultation time. Everything seemed fine—until the next day, I was suddenly notified that Dr. Dzineku rejected the appointment time and let me go to other fertility center. It was a frustrating surprise after completing the intake process, and it suggests their system isn’t well managed. I also tried calling several times over two days before the referral, but most of the time no one answered. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

After experiencing two miscarriages, I had almost lost hope — but the incredible team at Tripod helped me every step of the way and made all the difference. Thanks to their guidance, support, and care, I’ve now delivered a healthy baby girl, and words can’t express how grateful I am. From the very beginning, the doctors and staff were compassionate, patient, and thorough. They helped me with ultrasounds and monitoring even before I had a gynecologist, ensuring everything was on track. Their professionalism and encouragement gave me the strength and confidence to continue when I was most anxious. I conceived naturally and I truly believe their expertise and care were instrumental in helping me keep the pregnancy healthy and safe. The transfer process was smooth and well-organized, and I always felt supported and valued as a patient. Thank you, Tripod Fertility for helping turn my dream into reality and for standing by me through such an emotional journey. I will always be grateful.

This clinic failed me. My husband and i came here in hopes of better treatment, investigation on why im always misscarrying. We were told that the moment i get a positive pregnancy test they would do a HARD monitor on me.. because of my history and in order to prevent another ectopic pregnancy. So i got pregnant, all that was done was blood work, in this case i thought it would be comforting to do an ultra sound but wasnt given because my hcg levels were not at 1500 like they suggest in order to do an ultra sound wich i think is completely stupid. A week went by and turns out i needed an emergency surgery because i infact did have another ectopic pregnancy and was bleeding internally for a week! This could have been avoided if i got an early scan and the “hard monitor” they promised but did not put into action. This clinic only communicates through email when its bad news and will call when its good news.. Never answer their phones. Its heart breaking for my husband and I, the fact that we had to go through this traumatic experience yet again. We will not be returning to this clinic nor will it be recomendad to family or friends.
