We moved to the area and had been previously working with a different clinic. Thrive is 100% better. Dr. Patel and his team might be small but they are efficient, passionate, and provide excellent care through attention to detail. You are not just a number at this clinic, hands down the best vibes I’ve had from a healthcare facility for a very long time. Can’t wait to be one of the many to post a baby pic with the team 🤞

As we prepare to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday this January, and start another fertility journey, my heart is just full of gratitude for Thrive Fertility. The IVF process is incredibly hard—emotionally and physically—but this team made the entire experience feel so much less daunting. We feel so lucky to have found a doctor who is the perfect balance of transparent, knowledgeable, and caring. He is refreshingly to the point, which gave us so much confidence during a time of uncertainty. The entire staff is compassionate, understanding, and truly personable; you never feel like just another patient file there. We are thankful every single day for the role they’ve played in our fertility journey thus far. If you are looking for a team to walk with you through your journey, I cannot recommend Thrive enough. ThriveIVF is the reason our little miracle is here today. We are so thankful for the team! The team was there to answer any questions I had through the whole IVF process. When our first transfer failed Dr. Patel called me on a Sunday and reassured me that nothing was wrong and transfer sometimes don’t stick. Our second transfer ended up working and our little boy was born in June, healthy as can be. We can’t thank you all enough and when we are ready we will be back for baby #2!

****Update 11/17/25 11:00am: Thank you for responding. However, doesn’t it fall under the HIPAA regulations that a provider is not to confirm or deny if a patient is theirs? A patients privacy is to be protected in all public responses. A provider is to respond in general terms only!!! Again, it is a HIPAA violation when you confirm or deny whether someone was or is a patient which is considered PHI under HIPAA. You did not have my consent to disclose my (patient) status! I understand that the intent is to defend the reputation of Thrive IVF, but for me and other patients, please be mindful when responding in terms that do not protect patients privacy. I would never recommend this clinic. The nurse who attended us was extremely unprofessional—every time I asked a question, she huffed and puffed, making me feel like I was a burden. I left the room in tears. When I tried to speak with the doctor, he dismissed my concerns and gaslit me, saying they ‘had a bad day’ and that everyone copes with stress differently. He even compared their clinic to others inappropriately and implied I should choose between a higher IVF success rate or decent bedside manner. It was clear that all they cared about was money. Save your time and money—choose a fertility clinic that truly cares and can provide both compassion and quality care. If you don’t know how to treat patients with respect, you shouldn’t work in healthcare. Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give them a 0 I would!
