I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Deng and the entire team at Think Fertility. After years of trying to grow our family, we decided to pursue IVF, and under Dr. Deng’s guidance and care, we successfully conceived on our very first embryo transfer. Today we are holding our healthy baby in our arms — a dream we have hoped for so deeply and finally realized. Throughout the entire journey, Dr. Deng was professional, patient, and empathetic. She took the time to explain every step, every option, and every detail, which helped take away much of the stress and uncertainty that can come with fertility treatment. The clinic staff were always supportive, kind, and prompt in communication, making us feel cared for both medically and emotionally. We sincerely thank Dr. Deng and Think Fertility for helping us fulfill one of the biggest wishes of our lives. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for skilled, thoughtful, and compassionate fertility care. Our family would not be complete without them.

I had a great experience at Think Fertility. I got pregnant on my first IUI, and now have a very sweet baby boy. Dr. Deng and the nurses were warm, caring, and supportive. Dr. Deng never made me feel rushed or pushed into decisions, which I really appreciated. Appointments were easy to schedule, and the care and expertise were excellent. Highly recommend!

My partner and I could not speak more highy of Dr. Deng and Think Fertility Clinic. We could not be happier with our care, the amount of communication and same day follow up phone calls from Dr. Deng after any important updates (no matter the day or time) , clear explanations, and realistic expectation setting. Dr. Deng has helped us get 1 successful embryo so far and been incredibly supportive and lovely to work with. The clinic works with about 15/20 women at a time and provide very personal care. Their billing department was great to work with when we needed support on that end and yah...we could go on and on. Choose Think if you are unsure where to start and in the PNW!

This is going to be a long review, but I truly can’t speak highly enough of Think Fertility. This was genuinely the best medical experience I’ve ever had at any office of any kind. We came in after failing to get pregnant naturally and had no idea what next steps would be. Dr. Deng, Ally, and Dr. Shah were unbelievably helpful in explaining all of our options and walking us through what a plan of action could look like. We ultimately decided to move forward with IVF and a frozen embryo transfer. The entire process is quite overwhelming and a lot of information, but Dr. Deng made sure to address literally every single question we had written down during every visit. The way she explains things is patient and realistic. Cautious optimism without ever giving unrealistic expectations, which we really appreciated given how emotional and sensitive this process is. Pricing was super transparent from day 1. Communication was also incredibly easy, the patient portal was simple to use, responses were always fast, and I never once felt left hanging or unsure of what was going on. Every nurse and team member was professional, kind, and amazing. Even though Dr. Deng clearly has many patients, the clinic somehow still feels small and very personal. You never feel rushed, never feel like “just another patient,” and everyone remembers you and roots for you the entire time. We were lucky enough to have success, and it was honestly bittersweet to graduate to our OB because we were going to miss the staff so much. If we decide to have another child, we will absolutely be coming back to Dr. Deng without hesitation.
