Unfortunately, going to this clinic ended up being a waste of time and money for us. Dr. Kaye herself was good during the consultations, I can’t say a single bad thing about her, but our experience with the clinic overall was very disappointing due to misleading information about insurance coverage from the very beginning.

I specifically chose and paid for an insurance plan that covers 6 lifetime IUI cycles in order to reduce the cost of treatment. Before scheduling appointments, I asked multiple times whether the clinic accepted my insurance and whether the procedures would be covered. I was repeatedly told yes — not only that they accepted my insurance and were in-network, but that they were also a Tier 1 (preferred) provider, which was supposed to make treatment even more affordable.

However, when we were finally ready to start our first IUI cycle and received a quote, we learned that although the clinic technically works with our insurance, all procedures required for IUI (such as sperm washing etc) are performed by a third-party lab. This lab does not accept most insurances, including mine, and only works with Progyny, Maeven, and United Healthcare.

As a result, each IUI cycle would have cost us close to $1,000 out of pocket instead of a copy of $60 stated by the insurance plan. This critical detail was never disclosed upfront, even though I specifically asked about insurance coverage multiple times.

We were heartbroken to learn this only after we had already set our hearts on finally having a real chance to have a baby soon. Instead, we were forced to postpone our plans and start over by establishing care with a different clinic — something that could have been avoided with honest and transparent communication from the start.

This type of information should be disclosed when patients ask whether a clinic works with their insurance, not at the moment they are about to begin their first treatment cycle. Transparency around insurance and third-party services is extremely important in fertility care, and unfortunately this clinic fell short in that regard.

My husband and I worked with Dr. Bedient at the Fertility Center of Las Vegas to do FET. We had a very positive experience with all the staff throughout our IVF journey. We are expecting our son in June of 2026 and are so grateful to have worked with the FCLV team. 🙏😊

The staff here has been nothing short of supportive and kind. We will never recommend anywhere but this location, staff, and doctors. They have been personal and professional and all around THE best experience we have ever had with any kind of provider. We expect our new addition in August and can’t be more grateful for the support they have provided. From the front desk, the case managers, the nurses, the doctors.. everyone has been kind and amazing all around.
