The infertility journey is a long and difficult process but Dr. Donesky’s office was so wonderful throughout my entire experience. I felt like they really cared about me and took awesome care of me. What I loved most was that I saw the same staff every time I went in, and I had a ton of appointments. I feel like I was in this office once a week for over a year, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments even if I was early or late. I always saw the same receptionist, same sweet person who drew labs, and the same amazing nurse practitioner who did all my procedures and ultrasounds. I only had to go to Chattanooga twice, once for the egg retrieval, and once for the embryo transfer, and it was much more convenient than having to go to Nashville, and the office and staff there were also wonderful. They use a portal for messages and labs and stuff, and they check it and respond really quickly. Even at night or on weekends I honestly think they got back to me in six hours or less every time. They will schedule your next appointment and give you instructions on the portal but if I ever needed to reschedule my appointment, it was no problem. We did try two cycles of IUI before IVF and they were wonderful with us for those as well. IVF was very successful for us thanks to The Fertility Center, but it was still a very stressful process, and I can’t thank all the staff at this office enough for being wonderful during a challenging life experience. I would recommend this fertility clinic to anyone, and I would never go anywhere else if I need to do IVF again. Edit: I also felt that the prices for IVF were more affordable here than I’ve heard of elsewhere. We paid for a package that included up to three egg retrievals and three embryo transfers in order to get pregnant once, and that package deal was awesome. It was still a really good price even though we only needed one cycle. We made a last minute decision change in regard to making embryos and they really worked with us financially and I felt like they were extremely fair. I think it is Shirley in Chattanooga who handles the finances, and I felt like she worked really hard to help patients as much as she could.

Had the best experience here. I’ve been looking forward to leaving this review!! Every time we visited it was like no one had a bad day. They were always so nice and compassionate and wanted us to get pregnant just as much as we did! Felt like we were supported every step of the way during that trying time of our lives. Writing this currently rocking my 2 week old baby boy. I thought this day would never come. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to bring him in to meet who helped bring him into this world!

The program includes mandatory counseling for recipients, and the clinic reports high pregnancy rates for donor‑egg cycles, reflecting the quality of the donor pool and the clinic’s advanced IVF laboratory protocols.
