What to watch out for at TFP Simply Fertility Chelmsford Clinic?

  • warning Administrative Inefficiencies

A recurring theme in reviews is frustration with the clinic's administrative processes. Many patients reported lost paperwork and slow processing times, which led to increased anxiety and stress during an already challenging journey. The reception team’s politeness does not fully alleviate concerns regarding efficiency.

  • warning Communication Issues

Several patients noted lapses in communication, particularly related to follow-up after difficult news. Instances of feeling neglected or not receiving promised updates can significantly impact the overall patient experience, making some feel unsupported at critical times.

We got an extremely poor clinical outcome from this clinic, appointments would take weeks to be scheduled, emails went unacknowledged. I believe we received poor advice and will be investigating whether some of this is negligent. I just wish I had spent more time researching and discussing with other clinics before committing to this one.

Shocking place... Do not use. They are lying to their customers saying that they need copies of identification to complete the treatment as a legal requirement. This is not true and there is no such law or legal requirements. They are unlawfully storing people's personal data breaching GDPR, and if you don't consent they refuse treatment. Talk about blackmailing vulnerable people. Should be shut down. Avoid

Simply Fertility were absolutely amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better clinic to see us through our IVF Journey. Everything was explained to us clearly and any questions were always answered honestly and promptly. We were able to call at any point during or process with any worries, concerns or question and got through extremely quickly to a friendly member of the team who were very reassuring. The entire team at simply Fertility were absolutely lovely. From the reception team to the doctors/nurses, they were all extraordinarily caring and understanding about how we were feeling while going through the process. We have been extremely lucky and fallen pregnant on our first round of IVF. I would like to say an massive thank you to the entire team at simply Fertility for giving us this huge opportunity and making the entire experience smooth and worry free!
