Zunächst wollen wir uns beim kompletten Team der Klinik bedanken, da Sie uns unseren Wunsch einer Schwangerschaft erfüllt haben, auch wenn der Weg bis dahin alles andere als ein Spaziergang war!
Wir freuen uns jetzt erstmal auf eine hoffentlich unkomplizierte Schwangerschaft und auf ein gesundes Baby!

Unsere Erfahrungen:
Wir waren hauptsächlich bei Frau Dr. Hubert und bei Frau Dr. Yildirim-Assaf in Behandlung.
Medizinisch waren wir sehr zufrieden mit den Behandlungen.
Leider kam es während der Behandlung zu medizinischen Komplikationen, weshalb wir nochmal vorsprechen mussten. Da keiner unserer behandelnden Ansprechpartnern da war, mussten wir zu einer dritten Mitarbeiterin, mit der Art waren wir leider nicht zufrieden (aber das ist okay, da nicht jeder Mensch mit jedem auskommt). Als es ein zweites Mal zu einer Komplikation, einer stärkeren und schmerzhaften Überstimulation (wofür die Medikamente und nicht die Klinik verantwortlich war) kam, waren wir bei einem vierten Mitarbeiter der Klinik und da haben wir uns absolut nicht gehört gefühlt, eher so, als ob man eine Last wäre und schnell weitergeschoben werden soll. Anstatt Hilfe gab es eine Einweisung ins Krankenhaus und eine sehr unangenehme und scherzhafte Untersuchung. Aber auch solche Situationen konnte man mit Frau Dr. Hubert und Frau Dr. Yildirim-Assaf besprechen und aus dem Weg räumen. Ärgerlich war, dass wir zwei Tage später dann von Frau Dr. Yildirim das helfende Medikament bekommen haben, welches auch von dem Arzt zuvor hätte verschrieben werden müssen. Die fachärztliche Behandlung der beiden o.g. Ärztinnen war rundum gut.
Das OP Team war absolut herzlich, freundlich und bemüht, die Stunden so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten - wir haben uns dort sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Viele der medizinischen Fachangestellten waren auch wirklich immer sehr lieb und nett.
Positiv ist und noch aufgefallen, dass die Öffnungszeiten um 07:00 Uhr beginnen, was sehr Arbeitnehmerfreundlich ist.
Jetzt möchten wir aber zu dem kommen, was uns leider nicht so gut gefallen hat. Zum einen wäre da die Erreichbarkeit, die ist eine Katastrophe. Telefonisch hat man definitiv keine Chance und bei der online Rezeption ist es wohl davon abhängig, wer an dem Tag dafür zuständig ist. Manchmal ging es schnell und war freundlich und teilweise war es wirklich unfreundlich. Als Patienten wurde uns diesbezüglich teilweise das Gefühl vermittelt, als wären wir einfach nervig und würden stören. Einige Termine wurden so schnell abgefrühstückt, dass wir uns nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben, andere Termine wiederum waren super! Transparenz ist sehr wichtig und wenn mal Personalmangel herrscht, kann man im Vorfeld einfach sagen, dass der Termin etwas kürzer gehalten werden muss - dann weiß man ja, was auf einen zukommen wird.
Uns ist bewusst, dass Praxen teilweise unterbesetzt sind, es stressig werden kann, man einfach mal einen schlechten Tag haben kann. Dennoch ist Kinderwunsch ein enorm sensibles und emotionales Thema, wo man als Patienten zwingend Empathie benötigt und sich auch wünscht. Man legt seine ganzen Hoffnungen und Wünsche bezüglich eines Babys in die Hände fremder Menschen und schenkt diesen damit großes Vertrauen, welches definitiv mit Sensibilität, Empathie und Freundlichkeit behandelt werden müsste! Man kommt schließlich nicht in so eine Einrichtung, weil alles so toll läuft und weil man gerne bei Ärzten ist und unbedingt mehrere tausend Euro bezahlen möchte, sondern weil man Hilfe benötigt.
Da könnten Sie als Klinik eventuell noch etwas verbessern. Als Patient ist man auf dem Papier natürlich nur eine Nummer, innerhalb von Terminen sollte man aber die Menschen dahinter sehen! Menschen mit Wünschen, Ängsten und Sorgen.
Was auch verbessert werden könnte, ist die Aufklärung, dass nach einem erfolgreichen
Transfer Blutungen auftreten können, vor allem durch die vaginale Gabe von Medikamenten.
Aufklärung ist wichtig!!
Wir kommen aber gerne in ein paar Jahren für ein wieder und würden uns freuen, wenn die Erreichbarkeit und die Empathie bis dahin verbessert werden konnten!

Die Erreichbarkeit der Praxis ist äußerst mangelhaft. Seit zwei Wochen versuchen wir täglich mehrmals, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, ohne Erfolg. Auch die Nutzung der Online-Rezeption blieb erfolglos. Bei der Auswahl einer Klinik sollte die telefonische Erreichbarkeit unbedingt berücksichtigt werden, was in dieser Praxis leider nicht der Fall ist.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der behandelnden Ärztin.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung von Freunden bei Fr. Dr. Hubert in Behandlung und auch wenn es mit der Klinik selber schonmal Unstimmigkeiten gab, wurde uns von Dr. Hubert immer viel Verständnis entgegen gebracht. Mein Mann und ich haben uns bei ihr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und durch ihre Erfahrung konnte sie einem viele Sorgen und Ängste nehmen. Wir würden diese Klinik aufgrund unserer Ärztin auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Da die Insemination direkt beim ersten Versuch geklappt hat, werden wir Dr. Hubert nicht mehr sehen, aber wir werden uns sobald unser Engel da ist nochmal persönlich bei ihr bedanken.

Einziger und großer Minuspunkt, die Erreichbarkeit der Klinik!!
Man erreicht telefonisch so gut wie nie jemanden und über die Online Rezeption wurde alles immer nur sehr kurz und knapp beantwortet. Dies gilt es bitte zu verbessern, denn gerade Eltern die sowas zum ersten Mal machen wünschen sich bei Fragen gerne jemandem am Telefon zu erreichen und nicht nur zwischen Tür und Angel zu chatten.
