Having Dr. Silverberg and his team by our side throughout our IVF journey has been a true blessing. My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are to have ended up with Dr. Silverberg at Texas Fertility Center. Dr. Silverberg is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. He understood our specific needs and guided us thoughtfully every step of the way. He is also so well connected and referred us to an outstanding reproductive urologist, which significantly increased our chances of success. He is direct and honest, yet exceptionally kind, compassionate, and caring. His great sense of humor was often exactly what we needed during the most challenging moments of IVF. He is extremely attentive and always gave us all the time we needed during appointments—we never once felt rushed. We have been under his care since October 2024, and while we are so grateful to have reached the milestone of graduating from the clinic, we will truly miss Dr. Silverberg and his team. If you are beginning your fertility journey, I cannot recommend Dr. Silverberg highly enough. He is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors we have ever had. We are forever grateful for him.

I am lucy wise , Sam’s wife ,I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic’s communication. On multiple occasions, I called to schedule or renew a follow-up appointment and was left on hold for over an hour, sometimes much longer, only for the call to be disconnected without any response. This happened repeatedly. Other times, no one answered at all and the line was left open indefinitely. There was no callback and no follow-up. For a medical clinic—especially one dealing with fertility care—this lack of organization and respect for patients’ time is unacceptable

Avoid this clinic ! They only care about taking your money, not helping patients get pregnant. The doctor secretly used conventional fertilization instead of ICSI, but charged us for ICSI anyway. Three months later, we still haven’t received our refund. They seem to be working with Ovation to cheat patients. Completely unprofessional and dishonest!
