Good messaging communication from staff with every step. Protocol used for going through egg retrieval was successful. They took care of everything utilizing my fertility coverage quickly. Dr Miller was very kind and knowledgeable for virtual visits and Dr Montville was great with the retrieval procedure. 4 stars because I wish you could talk to a nurse on the phone instead of messaging back and forth via portal, which is much more time consuming, and I would have liked the protocol chosen discussed with me- why doing certain doses/ medicines etc. but all in all- it was successful. Getting ready for transfer.

Nurses 10/10 Doctor a 1 Was walked over to set up next appointment and the lady wasn't there. I was told she contact me for scheduling. She never called. I called in after some time and left a message to schedule and they never called back again. Never went back after I had a call with the doctor. We were told that we were both very healthy and our numbers were much higher than where they needed to be and higher thensaid the recommendation was IVF with 0 explanation. Could not answer my questions and was extremely negative. I asked about order options and he literally would not answer my questions about those at all whatsoever. Not someone we'd like to walk through this process withat all so we went somewhere else
