Op-Team war toll, die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett, div. Ärztinnen waren sehr kühl, dadurch fühlte man sich nicht willkommen, die Begleitungen müssen generell draußen warten- in anderen Kliniken ist das nicht so, man kommt sich vor wie an der Fleischtheke… Nummer ziehen und wieder raus, der Wohlfühlfaktor ist nicht gegeben

Ich war heute Patientin in der Dysplasiesprechstunde bei Herrn Dr. med. Jörg Hennefründ. Habe mich unfassbar gut aufgehoben gefühlt, von der Terminabsprache bis ins Sprechzimmer und wieder hinaus! Schon beim Vorgespräch fiel die Angst wie ein Stein von meinem Herzen und jegliche Anspannung war verschwunden. Die Untersuchung war nicht ansatzweise unangenehm oder schmerzhaft. Über einen Bildschirm kann man alles, bis ins kleinste Detail beobachten und bekommt präzise Erklärungen. Da hab ich mir ganz umsonst wochenlang einen Kopf gemacht! Danke für Ihre empathische Behandlung, ich kann diese Praxis nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Sehr nette Einrichtung, super nettes Personal, Ärzte toll, nehmen sich Zeit für Patienten,beantworten alle Fragen, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Termine zeitnah,man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und man ist und bleibt dort ein Mensch und keine Nummer,einfach toll,alles läuft sehr diskret ab...ich war sehr gut zufrieden und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.....100% zu empfehlen

Ich war heute in der Tagesklinik zwecks einer Bauchspiegelung zur Endometriose-Diagnose und Entfernung. Ich fühlte mich in der praxis von Anfang bis ende rundum gut aufgehoben! Schon gestern beim Telefonat zwecks der terminbestätigung war die junge Dame am Telefon sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit für meine Fragen genommen ohne mich- wie man es von vielen Praxen kennt- abwimmeln zu wollen. Nach meiner Ankunft wurde ich super lieb in Empfang genommen. Auch die Dame welche mich zum OP bzw. Aufwachraum begleitet hat war sehr freundlich! Im Aufwachraum war Schwester Rena ein Engel!! Sie strahlt so ein Vertrauen aus und so eine herzliche Art und Weise die man selbst erleben muss! Eine super Frau die ihren Job liebt und es einem zeigt!! Liebe grüße an dieser Stelle! Auch die Narkoseärztin und die zweite Dame im OP super lieb und freundlich! Die OP verlief sehr schnell und ich bin schnell wieder aufgewacht- ohne Übelkeit oder ähnliches. Um 9 angekommen und um 13 uhr wieder auf dem weg nach Hause ohne große Schmerzen o.ä. Man wird als Mensch wahr- und ernst genommen. Es wird sich Zeit für alle Fragen genommen - so banal sie auch sein mögen und nicht das gefühl vermittelt man wäre nur 'ne nummer im system und Hauptsache operieren um zu kassieren! Gerne und ohne wenn und aber -falls nochmal nötig- nur ein Eingriff bei euch! Weiter so!!!
