What to watch out for at STERIGNOST Fertility Treatment GmbH?

  • warning Perceived Focus on Revenue

Some individuals feel that the clinic prioritizes financial gain over patient success, noting limited personal contact during therapy and a reliance on email communication that reduces the sense of individualized care.

  • warning Administrative and Supplier Issues

Feedback includes complaints about ignored contract terms and unpaid invoices from suppliers, suggesting occasional lapses in the clinic’s administrative management.

  • warning Limited Direct Interaction for Some

A subset of patients experienced insufficient face‑to‑face interaction once treatment began, relying heavily on electronic correspondence, which contributed to feelings of detachment and reduced confidence in the process.

We came to know about this clinic through a common friend and Silvia (working at the clinic and always dedicated also her private willingness to help us!!), and we decided in 2023 to get in their hands to get a baby. The starting conditions were relatively complicated...and to make it short, we have a fantastic and healthy baby that just turned 8 months old. We want to share a lot of words of appreciations, gratitude and compliments to the whole team (reception, doctors, laboratories, nurses, ...) of Sterignost / TFP Klagenfurt with a special thank you for Dr. Ruth Vochem, with whom my wife was in particular harmony.

Negative experience due to inconsistent care and communication. Staff was not named. The patient was unsatisfied with their care.

Credit from the clinic and Dr. Rettl is to thank for our small, big miracle. The impossible was made possible. Thank you very much for that.

After numerous attempts at a fertility clinic in the Graz area, our wish to have children unfortunately remained unfulfilled. After several recommendations and because of the excellent reviews on Google for the Sterignost fertility clinic in Klagenfurt, we decided to move to Klagenfurt after a lot of consideration - and that was the best decision we could have made! The entire therapy with Dr. Winter and his team were not only more extensive, but also very personal and sensitive. Dr. Winter always took the time to explain every step and provide us with emotional support throughout the entire process. His professionalism and understanding gave us the trust and confidence we needed along the way. And then the miracle: it worked on the first try in the clinic! Our son was born in September. A small miracle that reminds us every day why we chose this path. We are eternally grateful for Dr. Winter and his team, who not only supported us with their specialist knowledge, but also with their humanity and empathy. For all parents who are still on their way: don't be discouraged. It may be a difficult path, but sometimes detours lead to the most beautiful destinations. We can use the Sterignost fertility clinic and Dr. I wholeheartedly recommend Winter – for us it was the best decision of our lives not to give up. Thank you for everything! The L. family from Styria
