Appointments start on time, with many locations offering early‑morning slots that fit busy schedules. Patients report waiting only a few minutes before being seen, which reduces stress during a demanding process.

  • check_circle Expert Medical Team

Doctors including Dr. Wang, Dr. Tran, Dr. Pasternak, Dr. Zore, and Dr. Minjarez are repeatedly described as skilled, kind, and thorough. Their expertise is linked to high egg yields, successful embryo transfers, and multiple live births.

  • check_circle Supportive Emotional Care

The clinic fosters a family‑like atmosphere, with staff offering empathy, encouragement, and personalized attention. Patients feel heard, reassured, and celebrated throughout their fertility journeys.

What to watch out for at Spring Fertility?

  • warning Post‑procedure Complications

Several accounts describe severe postoperative pain, incomplete follicle removal, and even ICU admission after egg retrievals. Follow‑up care and apologies were reported as insufficient in these cases.

  • warning Billing and Finance Delays

Patients experienced difficulty obtaining itemized receipts, delayed reimbursements, and occasional errors in billing statements, requiring multiple follow‑ups to resolve.

  • warning Follow‑up Access Issues

After completing cycles, some patients struggled to schedule meetings to discuss embryo use or next steps, feeling ignored or told they were no longer “patients,” which caused frustration during a sensitive period.

  • warning Variable Bedside Manner

A minority of doctors were described as rushed, dismissive, or lacking holistic counseling, leading to perceptions of “false hope” and inadequate emotional support for patients with complex conditions.

Incompetent staff - the doctors may be experienced, but most of the time you're dealing with the staff members and they are just not competent or remotely helpful. Often results in a lot of frustration. It makes us feel their job is to make our lives harder. And consider the money we’re spending with them! We've worked with 4 fertility clinics in SF now, this is by far the worst! Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else

Amazing company doing great work helping people build families in challenging situations. My one complaint is their price gouging on embryo storage. Our rate has increased from $300 annually to $475 with really no recourse or other options. Our rate increased by over $75 in the last year alone with no justification. For something as intimate as embryo storage, leaving us with really no options, it feels wrong to allow for such large price increases. Traditional captive audience private equity price increase play - for something like embryo storage that is just simply gross. Questionable at best - immoral at worst.

We asked them not to tell us the gender of the child and they told us TWICE (both in writing and verbally). If they can’t get the simple things right, how can we trust them to get the rest right? Also they don’t allow both intended parents to be present (even just for prep) for transfers, unlike RMA, which is extremely frustrating. I complained about both and was told I could speak to a supervisor but after 20 minutes nobody appeared so I left.

I had a positive IVF experience with Spring Fertility SF. The staff, including Dr. Tran and nurse Allison, were kind and efficient. The clinic's modern technology system and well-organized process made the treatments more tolerable and less stressful.

It’s almost the holiday season now, and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Spring Fertility SF care team and supporting function team, as well as share my positive experience with other potential patients. I have low ovarian reserve and had to do many cycles with three different clinics. Spring is my favorite for many reasons. Through the several cycles I did here, I got to know so many wonderful, kind people. I don’t think it’s by chance that this clinic is able to attract and keep such good people. Thank you, Dr. Tran. He is the no-fuss, no-bullshit type of person, extremely efficient and hardworking. He truly cares about his patients and is a truthful person. He values academic integrity and is not a fan of over-commercialization. You can trust his judgment and know that he will tell you the clinical truth. I also really appreciate that Dr. Tran enhanced my monitoring frequency to fine-tune my medication plan. The whole process felt well organized and precise. No one dropped the ball. The entire system functions in unison. Dr. Tran is an inspiration! Thank you, my nurse Allison. She has always been extra thoughtful, sincere, compassionate, and never hesitant to share her knowledge, peripheral helpful information, or just tips and tricks that make me a more educated patient. I also appreciate the other doctors and oncall medical team who have done my monitoring and answered my questions - Dr Kim, NP Audrey, Dr McCarter, Dr Wang, and Dr Stark - you all work together seamlessly as a wonderful medical team. Thank you, Taylor at Finance and Elliot at the Tissue Bank. They are super informative, accommodating, helpful, and efficient in handling questions or requests! In addition, June and Reyna at the front desk remember me and are pleasant to talk to. Nurses Tiffany and Brin always make me laugh. Thank you Christine, for generously sharing your skincare secrets. Anesthesiologists Jonathan and Michelle are very caring. As well as Helen, Ariel, Mia, Emily, and many, many more — thank you all for your patient and courteous assistance. And last but not least, I truly appreciate the business leadership in making great decisions in investing in the infrastructure, for example on the technology side. The medical industry is notorious in using outdated information systems, but Salve is a game changer and made everything transparent, efficient, and user friendly. Thank you for your business courage in making the right decisions and put patient experience at the center -- it is seen, and I appreciate it. In all, my heartfelt gratitute to Spring SF for sharing this very important journey with me and providing medical services above and beyond. The team's collective efforts made the treatments more tolerable and less stressful. It means the world to me. I will be coming back in the future and never hesitate to recommend you to my friends!
