I have been to two other in Florida and it very much felt like I was a number or just a “client” every time I come in they are always so happy and so friendly and I could imagine having to go through this without the whole team. They are always so comforting and happy. I am never nervous when I go and actually look forward to it. Dr. Davis is the sweetest doctor and Dee is so wonderful you never even know you’re getting your blood drawn. I couldn’t imagine going through this journey with any other clinic. Thank you guys so much for everything. If you thinking about doing IVF this clinic is beyond everything you need for your journey.

As soon as we step into the office, we are always greeted with warm smiles welcoming us by name. Omg!!! They were amazing I’m call them the Divine double Ds and Nurse Beth! Dr. Davis, Dee and Beth ♥️ they stole my heart and when they gave it back to me it was filled with more love. They made me feel like family! I felt like they cared and our goals were align to making sure we are able to add to our family. I felt like they cared about my needs and wants. Beth was very quick with her communication and responding back to me even on her days off. I remember her calling me back while she was at a concert to console me and put my worries at rest. She didn’t rush me, she listened and answered all my questions. No message / email/ text/ call with over 48hrs without a response she was amazing I never felt like I was bothering her. Dr. Davis was so patience and he listened to me and I didn’t feel judge of my indecisiveness. He was accommodating, patient and kind. No matter what he made sure I was fully inform and gave medical advice that will better my chances of success! His smile anytime we are in the room put me at ease, his knowledge calmed my worries and anxiety. He was very welcoming! Last but not least omg I’m call her my bestie!!! Dee was just simply amazing in lifting my spirits doesn’t matter if I was having a difficult day or upset she somehow made me forget it as soon as I heard her voice and seen her smile. She turned me into her family and I genuinely felt like she cared. I was not just another patient but someone she wanted to see succeed. She was so positive, welcoming, heartwarming and supportive. I remember coming into the office one day I sat at the end in a corner I was having a hard day. Dee came out looking for me to embrace me with a hug. That saved my day it turned it around just that little kind gesture. I needed that hug, I didn’t know it would come from someone who just came to know of me. If I could have gave a zero star I would have this place is completely un organized unless it’s taking a payment then they are on top of it I had to call 6 times in the last 4 days to ask about my results that they said I would have in no more than 24 hours and even when they sent it I can’t open it so I call again and they tell me that’s the only way they can send it due to being a referral like what it’s my results it shouldn’t be this difficult to get something that’s mine
