Shady grove Columbia has been a very pleasant experience thus far-anyone we’ve interacted with has been extremely helpful and comforting. Dr. Osheroff not only is extremely knowledgeable but also very empathetic and kind. The front staff are truly a highlight and a pleasure to interact with. Shelly and Karen are the best ! A huge thank you to the lovely sonographers as well and Monica and Elaine for making everything smooth and easy. Last but not least my nurse Kim for her attentiveness and hard work.

Avoid Shady Grove Fertility Columbia, MD
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE
We were longtime patients at this clinic and had an excellent experience for years with Dr. Melissa A. Esposito. She was reliable, professional, and went above and beyond. In all that time, we never once had an appointment canceled. Since her retirement, the Columbia clinic has gone downhill fast. Total mess.

We took time off work for an appointment with the new doctor Dr. Alexis Gadson canceled the day before. Rescheduled again, took time off work again, and guess what? Canceled Monday evening for a Wednesday appointment. Twice. Same bullshit.
They clearly do not care about patients’ time, jobs, or emotional investment. Fertility care is stressful enough without this level of incompetence.
What really pissed us off was the staff repeating, “this is the only female doctor we have,” as if that gives them the right to cancel whenever they want. That’s not an excuse that’s taking advantage of patients who specifically request a female provider.

If this is how they treat you at the first appointment, run. This place is no longer legitimate or professional.
AVOID THIS PLACE and go somewhere else.

My experience at the Shady Grove clinic in Columbia, Maryland has been nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to the incredible team of Karen, Marlena, Monica, and Dr. Osheroff, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel supported and aligned every step of the way; each of them served their purpose with such intention that I truly believe God placed the right people around me for this journey. Not only have they guided me with clarity and compassion, but they’ve also made sure my partner felt seen, included, and equipped with the resources he needed; something that can easily be overlooked in this process. Their fast responses, clear communication, and consistently welcoming spirits, especially from Marlena, have kept us both informed and confident, making this location and its staff an absolute blessing to work with.
