Shady Grove Fertility in Baltimore – Harbor East

Dr. Morris is wonderful and so are the staff at the office my only issue is scheduling and the fact that they aren’t parent friendly it’s really hard to make appointments and get in when you have other littles and can’t bring them as I also don’t have family and friends in the area so there is no one to watch my girls when I need an appointment and making it at a time that my husband is able to watch them is near impossible.

I received excellent care from Shady Grove at Harbor East. Dr. Morris and the team were outstanding in their approach to my fertility journey. I felt incredibly lucky to develop a close relationship with many at the office.

I made an appointment, but less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, I received a voicemail from Ariel informing me that my appointment had been booked incorrectly. Ariel said that I needed to be seen by Dr. Mooris because I had seen this doctor once, over two years ago. Ariel mentioned in the voicemail that there was another appointment available with Dr. Moore the following week. As a teacher, I wasn’t able to return their call until two hours later, after leaving school, but by then, their office was closed. I called back first thing the next morning, only to be told that the appointment for the following week was no longer available and that the earliest I could be seen was January 8th. I explained that the scheduling mistake was on their part and emphasized my desire to be seen before the new year. The representative I spoke to made it seem like rescheduling with a different doctor was a significant issue, requiring approval from both doctors. She said she would send a message to the doctors and get back to me. However, I didn’t receive a call back today. When I tried calling their office at 3:20 PM, I found their phone lines were already closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 4 PM. I then contacted another location for assistance in reaching the Harbor East office. They connected me to Harbor East’s backline, but after ringing for a while, someone picked up and immediately hung up. The lack of care and professionalism shown is disrespectful and deeply frustrating.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. Every single person we worked with was so kind and thoughtful in our fertility journey including Dr. Morris, Alvonda, Ariel, Melissa, Avi, Emily, and countless others. While this process is difficult and emotional, the staff here made it so much more comfortable- I truly enjoyed seeing them every time and trusted their expertise. The communication with the team was wonderful, the timing in the office was almost always great (a huge thing when compared to other offices we had to go to throughout the years!), and we truly felt cared for as a family. There is a learning curve associated with infertility, and my questions were always answered thoroughly, directly, and timely. We are eternally grateful for the entire staff at this practice and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I can't tell one word about my experience but I feel comfortable people and they are nice and informative and also friendly people.
