Who ever is answering the phone is unprofessional, and the amount of information that they need to register you is insane, from your personal infos to your ssn to your date of marriage (why would they need all of that). I can understand that they are afraid that people wont pay but we dont have to go through that frustrating process and provide you with all our personal informations just to book an appointment. And they were not happy that we canceled our appointment and kept insisting that we reschedule and hangup on my face.(no thank you). Think twice before booking there. Other locations could be better though.

The providers and staff at SGF were wonderful. My experience with Dr. Reh and Brianna was nothing but positive— always responsive and available to talk through treatment plan, questions, and concerns (not just through patient portal messages). Dr. Rey was there throughout my journey from egg retrieval years back to recent IVF. I’m so thankful for the SGF team for my healthy, happy almost 3 month old!

Very transactional experience here. Example: The Dr. failed to review our discrete issues before an appointment and when we brought some of them up, her response showed us that she failed to review our file/testing and instead only was regurgitating what is available on the NIH website. Billing is a nightmare: we were over billed (then refunded). Several tests were inputted incorrectly when ordered, just causing more stress during the already stressful process. Look elsewhere
