DO NOT GO TO SHADY GROVE! This is my second time doing IVF and I was recommended to a Dr there. While I liked the Dr very much, and found her knowledgeable the Shady Grove Experience is an absolute nightmare. It is a total money grab, they don't care about patients, nor does their staff have empathy or compassion for the patient. There were so many errors in the administrative and logistics side, that it makes me wonder if that assisted in the failed IVF process. They did not disclose that you could not use a surrogate without medical clearance until AFTER I had completed IVF. Had I known that I would have never used them to begin with... After the failed IVF they were even charging me for storage of embryos that didn't exist, and to even get my medical records to visit another doctor it is 30 days. IVF is already a tough process, DO NOT make it harder for yourself by going to Shady Grove Fertility Solana Beach!
