Truly truly do not go here. I could write an essay about how bad our experience was, but the way things are run is SO incredibly disorganized. I was once left waiting in the lobby for TWO hours after my appointment because they said I needed bloodwork. I checked with the front desk after 45 mins and they said I would be called back when it was time. I finally walked over to blood work area and they had no patients and said they had no idea what front desk was talking about and that I should have been sent back two hours prior. Billing has also been a nightmare. We have submitted our insurance info through maven at least five times now and continue to be billed and alerted that they don’t have our insurance. This has been over a year now since we’ve seen them and still receive various bills with no insurance applied. It seems they are scamming people for money. Just save yourself the time and don’t do it.

If i could give a higher rating for this location, I would. I had such a pleasant experience with the whole staff and even with the surgery, believe it or not. When I first arrived, I told nurse Hannah that I was very nervous but she was very reassuring and her bubbly personality put me at ease. The 2nd nurse was so very cool and really helpful with putting in the IV catheter (i have very thin veins). I even had the dr and the anesthesiologist talk to me and walk me thru what was going to happen before and after the process and it helped me to understand what was going to happen. I was pleasantly surprised that I woke up quickly with very little grogginess, I had to ask the staff how I got from the OR to the other side of the room, lol. I am very grateful this staff is the most professional, pleasant, and empathetic group of people to have this procedure with. I would recommend this site to anyone who is going thru the IVF process and to have the egg retrieval.

I had my egg retrieval procedure at this clinic, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment my name was called in the waiting room, Evie made me feel at ease. She brought me back, explained everything thoroughly, and was very upfront and honest throughout the process. Her kindness, friendliness, and ability to communicate clearly especially while I was feeling very nervous made such a difference from start to finish.
The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Davis, who performed my procedure, came in beforehand and went over everything in detail, making sure I understood the process and asking if I had any questions. Shortly after, the anesthesiologist came in ( I do not remember his name ) and explained his role and how he planned to proceed once we were in the procedure room. I mentioned that I am claustrophobic, and he immediately reassured me and even offered to let me hold my own oxygen mask, which helped tremendously.
When I walked into the procedure room, the gentleman by the back window on the left introduced himself as part of the lab, scanned my bracelet, and explained his role. Everyone in the room worked seamlessly together—strapping me in with a belt (which one of the guys jokingly compared to a Disneyland ride), keeping the mood light while remaining professional and attentive.
After the procedure, I woke up quickly, and Evie was right there with juice and a snack. Dr. Davis also came in afterward to explain how many eggs were retrieved and let me know that the day of retrieval was considered Day 0, and that I’d hear more by Day 6. The next day, Evie even texted to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay, which meant so much and showed how much they truly care about their patients.
This team is incredible kind, supportive, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I felt cared for every step of the way.
Fun side note: the bathroom across from the office is nice and toasty—they really crank the heat in there! 😊

I’ve been an established patient here and completed one IVF cycle already. I was preparing for my second cycle when a serious administrative failure caused me to miss it entirely.
Despite my fertility benefits repeatedly confirming that SRM could bill them, SRM’s staff refused to proceed. I say refused because that's exactly what happened. They insisted I act as the middleman between the clinic and my insurer when there was no action to be taken on my side. During that time, I couldn’t order medications or complete required testing — and I lost my cycle.
What made this worse is that no one followed up. No phone call. No explanation. No apology. There was no clear point of contact, no escalation path, and no accountability. When something went wrong, there was simply… silence. I mentioned I was then moving on to another clinic - they almost showed me the door.
The experience made it clear that if something goes wrong here, you are on your own. You’re treated like a number, not a patient.
If you choose this clinic, be prepared to advocate aggressively for yourself, even on billing and insurance issues. Unfortunately, that added stress is something no fertility patient should have to carry.

SRM provides exceptional care with receptive doctors, supportive staff, and minimal waiting. The Seattle office is warm and inviting. Highly recommended.
I just wanted to say that SRM has been incredible throughout my entire process. The doctors have been so receptive and kind, and my assigned nurse was truly amazing—always on top of communication and support. Every step was clearly laid out, and I felt very taken care of the whole time. Their Seattle office is also warm and inviting, and I rarely ever had to wait—you can practically walk right in. All in all, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
