Dr. Amanda Hurliman is a truly excellent physician, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Throughout my egg retrieval process, she was incredibly responsible and precise, every medication adjustment was spot on. She consistently gave me confidence and reassurance, which meant so much during such an emotional IVF journey! Her technical skills are outstanding, and the embryo transfer she performed was a very positive experience from start to finish. I felt fully supported, well cared for, and completely at ease throughout the entire process!! Thank you, Dr. Hurliman, for your dedication, expertise, and compassion! Strongly recommended!

Don’t go to SRM. It’s just a factory, they don’t customize for each client’s situation. They just want to earn money! There is very little involvement from the doctors. You only get connect to the doctor at the beginning consultation and egg retrieval time. Please read the reviews and order them by newest first! You will see most of the recent reviews are below 3 stars. The better reviewers were long time ago! I didn’t even get a doctor call or message more than one week after my blood draw lab result is back. I don’t know how to read the lab result. All I got is after more than one week, the nurse was asking me do I want to do IVF in next cycle or transplant!!! How come I can make a decision if I don’t know how to interpret the blood draw result?! Shouldn’t the doctor reach out to me and talk about the plan based on my situation?

My husband and I are incredibly grateful to the entire team at SRM Bellevue (primary location) and SRM Seattle (for specific purposes) who we have been with since 2024 and recently graduated with a positive outcome. After a disappointing experience at another fertility clinic on the Eastside, we were initially uncertain and low on confidence. However, Dr. Criniti’s calm and confident approach helped us feel at ease and allowed us to trust the process fully. Dr. Amy Criniti was compassionate, clear with next steps, and thorough in explaining our treatment plan, which gave us much-needed reassurance during a difficult time. Her team of nursing coordinators—Leigh at first and later Heidi—were outstanding. They were prompt, attentive, and consistently ensured we had everything we needed. The ultrasound technicians, phlebotomy nurses, and front desk staff were all kind and professional, making each visit to the Bellevue location a genuinely positive experience. Communications via the patient portal and messaging were clear, promptly answered and well recorded. Thanks to their excellent care and support, we were successful in our first cycle and couldn’t be happier in choosing SRM, having Dr Criniti on our case, and her incredible team! A big thank you for all that you did to comfort and support us to this day. In gratitude always!

Building 3055 is the most DIFFICULT to locate. Arrow indicates to go one way and building isn’t even marked. Building needs way better and clearer signage. Would be 5/5 but confusing directions and lack of information to locate building made it a 3/5.

This clinic has a poor reputation due to excessive charging, inaccurate test results, and misleading advice. Treatment under Dr. Amy Crinti has been unsuccessful and lacks expertise in IUI procedures. The clinic has shown a plan to fail treatments.

The whole SRM is a coop you get into it and you are never coming out of it. That coop makes sure they keep on mending money from you. We are with this clinic since November 2024 and did not get pregnant till date what a waste of time. They make sure that you do not get pregnant and Dr.Amy Crinti is the least experienced doctor. She did not get my blood tests done which were required to find if there are any issues in my TTC journey. They do not know the IUI procedures and they did my IUI without making sure I ovulated. The quality of their test results is very inaccurate. They never advised me any supplements and when I would learn from others and ask the clinic then they would say you can take it and try and sell their own commission brand therologix. I have also placed their lack of knowledge photos evidence. When I spoke to them post IUI felt like they were already prepared for another and knew they did this in such a way that it fails and immediately said we will follow this is next one. How did they knew the IUI is gonna fail as that was part of their plan.
