Very pleasant working with him for over 2 years. Listened to all my concerns and took into account all my questions and suggestions. Worked together to settle on protocols and very receptive and accommodating to my concerns. Never felt like I was shot down. Nursing staff was excellent as well and very easy to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Castelbaum and his team for a diagnostic procedure. From the moment I walked in, the nurse Amanda who guided my intake made me feel completely at ease. She even sat beside me during the procedure and offered calming and encouraging words that truly helped soothe my nerves. Dr. Castelbaum was incredibly patient and reassuring, answering all my questions about the procedure. Not only does he have fantastic bedside manner but also a great sense of humor! He promised the procedure would be quick and painless and he absolutely delivered on that promise. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion I received at RMA KOP. Highly recommend!

The lack of consistent communication is staggering. I was given scans I didn't ask for without being told why, and only after my visit was I told that it wasn't covered by my insurance at all. If I hadn't vigorously advocated for myself they would have put me on a track for sperm freezing that I didn't need. They care way more about money extraction than tailoring treatment to your actual needs.
