I am completing my first trimester and am beyond grateful to the incredible care team at RMA Palo Alto, especially Dr. Kort, for making this miracle possible. We transported our embryos from another fertility clinic, and the difference was truly night and day. I thought my previous clinic was good until I came to RMA. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and organization was on a completely different level. Dr. Kort genuinely cares. He took the time to review my history thoroughly and suggested a couple of key procedures that ultimately made all the difference. He focused on getting my uterus into the best possible shape to receive the embryo, something that gave me confidence I hadn’t felt before. Even then, I wasn’t sure it would work, but our very first transfer at RMA took. The care team is exceptional. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was absolutely wonderful and always responded to my questions right away, which brought so much reassurance during such an emotional process. I even had the chance to see Dr. Kort for several ultrasounds, and he was incredibly responsive through the Spruce app. He even FaceTimed me personally. I never once felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was feeling anxious about my HCG levels rising, I asked to come in for a third beta test, and they immediately accommodated me. That flexibility and compassion meant more than I can put into words. My appointment wait times were consistently under 10 minutes, which only added to the overall sense of calm and trust. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and the end result, look no further. This team is invested, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their patients’ success. I am forever grateful to RMA Palo Alto and Dr. Kort for helping make our dream come true. They are simply the best.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic for fertility preservation. The entire team is incredibly well-coordinated. I initially worked with Dr. Keyhan, who is both professional and compassionate, and later transitioned to Dr. Kaser. The transition was perfectly smooth. They explain every step clearly and follow a well-structured protocol. A special shout-out to the clinical staff: I usually bruise easily due to small veins, but I didn't have a single bruise despite frequent bloodwork.

Dr. Kort is incredible! I had the pleasure of being under Dr. Kort’s care. Dr. Kort provided great guidance and displayed much patience and knowledge throughout the whole process. He made recommendations but never pushed me in a direction I did not want to go in. Going into this entire process, I was a bit nervous since I was 39 and wanted things to move quickly. The entire process at RMA was seamless. We started with a retrieval. Since Dr. Kort knew that I wanted more than one child, he guided me in getting more than one retrieval prior to starting any IVF transfers. Rolling two retrievals, did a transfer. My first transfer stuck and I now have a beautiful and healthy baby boy.
