RSC gave us the gift that nature and Kaiser could not – a beautiful baby boy! The entire process was seamless, all of our questions were answered, and when we left to try another fertility clinic, when we ran into roadblocks there, we called RSC and they still answered all our questions. Thank you for your kindness, thank you for your patience, thank you for our baby, RSC!

Both of my daughters are a product of RSC baby area San Ramon in 2019 and in 2023. Dr. Rosenbluth and the entire team at the San Ramon location are incredible people. I felt safe and heard before, during and even after my treatments. We are forever indebted to them!

We are extremely grateful to have discovered RSC and Dr. Hinckley at very sensitive moment in our infertility journey. Dr. Hinckley and her team’s compassionate and professional approach led us to the family to four. Each phase of this complex process was clearly defined and successfully managed.

I felt so safe and heard through the entire long tedious process. I had so many appointments and untrasounds and blood draws. My people who came with me were always welcomed with open arms. I started my journey at the tail end of covid so for the first half of my visits i had no idea who was who without name tags. EVERYONE introduced themselves and explained what they were there for and what was going to happen before it did.
My case manager whom ive only spoken to over the phone is the kindest most no nonsense lady. She will be your go to person for any and all needed conversations.
My egg retrieval was the most scary vunerable appointment and i never felt like i was left alone with my thought to stress out.
My anestisiologist was hilarious for the 4 secs we spoke til i was out.
Next thing i know i have orange juice and the doc came back to tell me about how it went.
I have never met more patient understanding and calm people that are just there to help you do what your heart is telling you.

We used RSC to have our son. I am leaving a 1 star review to warn others about our poor experience with “mistakes” on billing:

We were charged thousands of dollars for storage of sperm and embryos long after we notified RSC we did not wish to continue using their storage system. We had such great difficulty dealing with RSC over the phone that we drove to one of their satellite offices to physically remove the samples ourselves as it appears their is a great deal of incompetency dealing with the matter over the phone or through emails.

As I write this review with no samples in their possession I received another bill for storage services and a warning letter to pay for their “service” or be sent to collections. We have no samples for them to store so this is either a mistake / incompetence or fraudulent behavior.

I am a physician, and I understand very well how a medical clinic operations is complicated. I am afraid this reflects poorly on all parties involved in RSC and thus justifies my warning and 1 star review.

A fertility journey is not one that you normally want to be on. However, the staff at RSC made this seemless and took the stress out of each step. From being assigned a caseworker to manage all appointments to quick communication during all stages, we were beyond impressed by the process here. We were part of the lucky few to have success with Dr. Rosenbluth and would highly recommend him and his staff!

This is our second time navigating reproductive services. We had a successful experience with a different local clinic previously and are now blessed with two children, one from each journey. We selected Reproductive Science Center (RSC) because they were a preferred provider with our insurance. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by significant billing problems. RSC repeatedly billed the full, non-negotiated amount for procedures, ignoring the agreed-upon rates. Despite countless phone calls, we only partially resolved these issues. To be blunt, their billing department exhibits a complete lack of customer service. Promised callbacks never happened, and their operation feels disorganized and unprofessional. They even ignored certified mail. While RSC possesses the negotiated insurance rates—standard practice for healthcare organizations—they consistently fail to apply them. For instance, they would bill around $600 for an ultrasound, while the negotiated rate was approximately $175, and then alternate between the two on subsequent bills. Each call required a lengthy 30-minute hold, and no one ever followed up as promised. Adding to our distress, on the day of the procedure, they unfroze the wrong egg—specifically, the third-quality egg. Their attempt to dismiss this error by claiming grading doesn’t matter felt like a blatant cover-up. While RSC ultimately helped us conceive our second child, we strongly recommend thoroughly researching other local clinics before making a decision.

Thanks to Dr.Hinckley and her team we had our first baby this year! Everyone at RSC always treated us with so much compassion and care. We had such a beautiful journey because of their incredible knowledge, skills and patience. Special shout-out to our case manager Tanna Stimson who I relied on like a dear friend during those anxiety filled months. We are so grateful for the wonderful people at RSC!

I had a successful IVF experience at RSC and am incredibly grateful to the doctors and nurses. They provided excellent medical care, were compassionate, and made me feel supported throughout the process.

However, my experience with the financial advisor and billing department was extremely frustrating. The financial advisor was unprofessional and had limited knowledge of insurance and out-of-pocket costs, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, the billing department was not helpful and difficult to get ahold of, making it even more frustrating to get clear answers when needed: The lack of professionalism made an already emotional process even more difficult.

If you’re considering this clinic, I highly recommend their medical team, but I suggest double-checking all financial information, asking detailed questions, and keeping thorough records to avoid confusion.

Would I recommend this clinic? Yes, for the medical care. But the administrative side needs serious improvement!
