Admin personnel are absolutely awful, and it has made the entire experience miserable — twice. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic. During my embryo cryopreservation, I was given completely incorrect instructions that delayed my process by over a month. I was also put on a different protocol at the last minute that was never communicated to me, resulting in additional medication I did not want to be on. Only after escalating to a supervisor and my doctor — and pushing hard — did things improve. Fourteen months later, I am now attempting an embryo transfer and experiencing the same administrative failures again. Because of my prior experience, I asked multiple follow-up questions to make sure I fully understood the process and was explicitly told I would not need a specific protocol. I followed all instructions as given, only to be told after the fact that I now must switch protocols once again. The admin staff keep telling me this is “fine”. That is not the point. The issue is the failure to communicate clearly and accurately in advance, despite my repeated efforts to confirm expectations. My doctor has been excellent. Unfortunately, the administrative incompetence completely undermines the care experience. I regret coming here, but it’s too late for me. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.

I have never experienced so idiotic medical paperwork handling as here. Countless mistakes on their sides that cost me a lot of time to resolve on the phone with them. I also might be on the hook for a large bill die to their mistake/delay with paperwork.

If you are going through IVF, you need this team. Dr. Harris and Nurse Sharon Le gave my wife and I the shot of hope we needed. We went into this journey with trepidation after suffering multiple unexpected miscarriages, but they put our minds at ease and were always ready and able to answer any questions we had along the way. As a physician myself, I can say Dr. Harris has the some of the best bedside manners I have ever come across. And Sharon’s quick responses to our questions were always thorough and reassuring. They are a genuinely compassionate, top-tier team who made us feel supported throughout. We can't recommend them highly enough to anyone starting their IVF journey! I’d also like to add a shout out to Dr. Homer whom we the pleasure of meeting for a few of our appointments. He was an excellent physician that went the extra mile to answer all of our questions with researched back responses. Overall our entire experience at RSC was an A+!
