I had one initial consult with dr Hariton and honestly, he seemed fine, chill, and easy to talk to. No issues there. But after that, my experience with RSC dropped off pretty fast. The biggest problem has been communication with the case management team. Their patient portal feels super outdated, and right away they set the expectation that replies can take up to 72 business hours. Even with that low bar, responses have been even slower. Calling hasn't helped either. The case manager's phone always goes straight to voicemail, and even after leaving messages, I didn't hear back for days. I'm almost a month after my first consultation and I'm still unclear of my next steps and no lab ordered for me by my case manager. Actually, I have not even able to get hold of my case manager after a month of multiple attempts of contacting including phone calls that can never be connected, left voice messages that never get replied and messages through their portals that never gets replied addressing my questions from the care team. Given how time-sensitive fertility treatment is, this made me really uncomfortable and unsure whether I want to start a cycle with this team. Dr. Hariton only has 5-star reviews online, but so far my experience with RSC and his care team has honestly felt more like a 1 star experience. My main takeaway is definitely talk to more than one clinic, and don't just evaluate the doctor. Pay close attention to the doctor's supporting team and how they communicate. Response time and communication style matter a lot in this process and 90% of the communication will be with the case managers and supporting team instead of the actual doctor. Also, just because something worked well for others in the past based on prior reviews doesn't mean the team is operating at that same level right now. The reality is that in a large fertility center, patients can sometimes feel like just a number. Even so, I expect to be treated with basic responsiveness, timely replies to messages and calls, and access to a care team that is capable of ordering necessary lab tests when needed.

I couldn’t be happier with my IVF journey under Dr. Hariton’s care! He consistently created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions so I understood every step of the process. He also made a point to call personally with all important updates, which provided clarity and reassurance when it mattered most. His expertise showed clearly as I was able to achieve results that exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, I always felt I could trust him fully. I highly recommend Dr. Hariton to anyone considering fertility treatments.

My first IUI at this clinic, boom it works and I’m pregnant. Dr. Hariton and his nurse Jazmine literally did everything to make sure this happened for me and my husband. I was super doubtful, only because I had gone to other facilities where you feel like they’re just out to milk you for your money and not achieve an actual pregnancy. Everything here was timed and thoroughly explained, every question answered, the literal best attitude from the nurse during the whole process and Dr. Hariton (from what I’ve heard from MULTIPLE staff and my own experience) will go out of his way to contact you to make sure everything moving along smoothly. I couldn’t be more grateful this review is for these two plus the nurse practitioner who did my actual IUI procedure, happy all around
